that one night

Noah made me feel so happy with life in general one night I had been going back and forth with some friends about using aave and being disrespectful towards my racial background. then I just started crying and noah texted me about how one person made me feel and how it gonna be okay now. usually I hate when people said that is gonna be okay but he said it with such hope and faith that I knew he maybe  was right later on, he told me that I was very pretty no matter what skin I was in and that's when I knew we had a modern love. that was so easy to take yet so full with faith .I loved noah to the moon and back we even met up and went on a stroll down my block for him  make sure I was okay at that moment .there was nothing that anyone could take from me that's how happy noah made me feel he even took me to get ice cream and even though we couldn't touch each other cause of the six feet distance we had to maintain. I felt the same warmth of skin but through his love we both just wanted to stay in that night reminding each that we are perfect no matter what anyone says they can't dictate our love so that night was when I realized our modern love.
