Months later, they've mended 9S but he will no longer remember whatever he had with 2B nor with anybody before. They turned him on watching him wake up and his first words was "Hello my name is 9S!"The first person to approached him was 2B and no longer felt sorrow in her heart. Now that 9S had no memory of 2B so he will never lose his mind again.
