This means nothing

Chapter 1

"Y/n, please. You have to come." Mikasa sat at the edge of your bed begging.

You and Mikasa had been roommates for about 3 months now. You had grown incredibly close. So for the past month, she has been begging you to come to meet her boyfriend and best friend. You just weren't into the whole meeting people thing.

"Not today Mikasa. I have to study." She gave me a look.

"You hate studying. Come on. It's Friday, and I know if you don't come with me, you will read all night or watch a show. You need to get out and meet people."

"It will only be us and two other people?"

"I can't promise that."

"Why? Mikasa."

"I don't invite them. They just show up, but we all are good friends. Everyone will love you." She gave me her best puppy eyes.

"Fine. Just this once though. It's for you. Remember that." She jumped up and hugged me.

"Thank you! I'm so excited. You'll love them." I rolled my eyes.

"I'll go get ready."

"Why? You look great."

"I'm in my pajamas Mikasa."

"And? You look great." I laughed at her.

"I'm gonna get ready. Give me like 5 seconds to change."

After I got changed, we headed over to her boyfriend's dorm. Luckily it was only one building away and didn't take too long to get there.

"Alright fair warning before we go in there. Eren can be a bit much. Armin and I usually can calm him down, but he's a bit ADHD."

"Mikasa. I can handle ADHD. Don't worry." I laughed and she opened the door and then headed in.

"Mikasa! Hi baby." Eren walked over and hugged her. "I missed you."

I saw Mikasa's cheeks flush. The scene made me smile.

"I saw you yesterday Eren and talked to you not even 15 minutes ago." He squeezed her tighter and she chuckled.

"I don't care I missed you."

"Ah, and the clingy side comes out. Sorry about him. He usually can only focus on one thing or nothing. When Mikasa is involved that's his one thing. Anyway, I'm Armin. Nice to meet you."

You stood there speechless for a moment. Armin had got to be the cutest guy you have ever seen.

"Nice to meet you too. I'm y/n. Also, it's okay. I think they are cute." He chuckled a little bit.

"Yeah, we all think that at first. Come on I'll show you around."

Armin led me away from the door and the couple that had still not broken apart.

"Is this how they always are?"

"Pretty much. How come I haven't met you before by the way. Mikasa mentions you a lot and I see photos of you, but I've never met you."

"I am not a people person. I prefer my books and shows."

"Then do I have something to show you." He was about to lead me away again when Eren called for him.

"Armin yo. Sorry guys. It's nice to meet you y/n. I've heard a lot about you."

"Nice to meet you too Eren. I've also heard a lot about you. Mikasa really loves you." He blushed a little and looked to the ground.

"I love her too."

"Come on man. I'm gonna show y/n the mini library."

"Alright, but be quick. Marco and the idiots are coming over."
