I only write human readers and all of them will be gender neutral. (I like to keep my audiences broad and I want everyone to feel included)

Only very specific requests will require a gender specific reader.

Suicidal scenarios (unless relating to an in-game moment. Like E.g. during the Hollow knight fight)

Rape, phedophilia, incest or any other nasty stuff like that (for obvious reasons)
