"What are you gonna do now, green boy?" Tommy huffed, pointing his sword out at Dream's chest, "We've won."Dream swiped a drop of blood off his face and planted his hands next to his feet, "You know, Tomathy, I've got to admit, you've gotten stronger than last time." He squinted at the boy and panted heavily, "From being an immature kid obsessed with discs to a gracious young man who knows how to get what he wants. You remind me of myself when I was younger."
"Shut up!" Tubbo walked next to his best friend, "Don't you dare compare yourself to Tommy."
Even though his shoulders were aching, he shrugged, "I'm just saying."
Tommy scowled, "You don't get to say anything. This time, you will listen to me." He gestured to the entire SMP behind him, "From the very start, you've made my friends and I do horrible things to each other while you sat behind a curtain like a director on a stage. But not anymore. Your reign of terror ends tod-"
"I'm impressed." Dream interrupted his speech by slow clapping, "But you've still done nothing yet. Only kept me at bay for the time being."
"Dream just shut the hell up." Tubbo repeated, "You never held the real power on the server, we did. So stop pretending like you own the world."
"I do, don't I? I mean, it's called the Dream SMP, not the Tubbo SMP."
Tubbo flinched at the familiar sentence, "No, but you can't control me anymore."
Dream laughed, "Oh really? Well, talk to Tommy, Fundy, Karl, and oh yeah, Ranboo."
Both of them turned to scan the crowd for their friend; he was nowhere to be found. Tommy ground his teeth together, "What did you do with him?"
"Controlled him long enough so I could stall." In a flash, Dream stood up and pulled a couple of smoke bombs out of his pocket, and slammed them on the ground. With them blinded, he fell backward off the cliff and sent himself hurling to the ground.
"What *cough* the fuck?!?" Tommy ran up to where he fell and looked over the edge. From what he could make out, he saw a falling Dream who, once saw him, gave a small salute before disappearing into the ground, "Tubbo... do you think he..."
"No." Tubbo held up his shirt to block the smoke from entering his lungs, "He wouldn't let us win that easily. Something's still up. Everyone!" He turned back to the crowd, "Go down to Tommy's house, immediately!" The group complied, fleeing from the smoke to go down to the wooden hut int the hill, "We've got this, Tommy." He placed his hand on Tommy's shoulder, "No turning back this time. He needs to be gone."
To be honest, Tommy was terrified. He'd come so close to his goal but now, he started to doubt everything he'd done. Was he becoming the thing he despised? Had he ever been the good guy? Dream had thoughts and feelings like any other normal human being, should he really be punished by death? 'No.' Tommy reminded himself, 'He's brought so much pain to us. He destroyed L'manburg. He exiled me. He called Tubbo a fucking pawn! No one like that deserves my mercy!' "You're right, Tubbo." He looked down through the fog, seeing the faint figure of a giant mob of the SMP rushing towards his house, "I let him go last time, I'm not letting him slip through my fingers this time."

"Dream, that was quite a dramatic exit there," A voice drawled from the back of Tommy's house.
Dream huffed and wiped sweat and blood off his face, "Whatever. Do you have the potions?"
Ranboo handed Dream two bottles, "Stole them from Tubbo's base, don't know why I was there in the first place, though."
"That's alright." Dream waved it off, chugging the potions quick. The cuts on his face sewed up as if they were never there in the first place and he regained strength quickly, "We need to get out of here fast, did you get the Eyes of Ender?"
"Of course." Ranboo pulled about sixteen green, glowing eyes out from his satchel and handed them to Dream, "You ask and I shall- errkkk!!" His body jerked and all of the orbs went smashing to the ground. He felt his knees go weak and his body doubled over, falling to the ground in a heap.
Right behind him stood a young woman who had long brown-and-white hair with ram's horns, holding an empty water bucket, the remaining droplets dripping to the floor onto Ranboo. Her mouth gaped open, horrified of what she'd done. Now, she stood face-to-face with her once-beloved 'duckling' "What the fuck happened to you, Dream?!" She yelled.
Dream watched his only way of escape shatter to pieces as it hit the ground, "No!" He lunged at them but it was too late, they were already gone. Dream looked back up to look at her, "Puffy, you of all people should understand why I do what I do..." he gave a small smile but it was quickly wiped off with a hard slap from Puffy.
"Bullshit." She huffed, "You have no rhyme or reason to hurt people who have done nothing to you. I'm giving you one last chance to apologize, I will not hesitate to kill you." The green eyes that had been hidden by dark sunglasses now only saw red as they saw Dream try to remove something from his pocket. Panicking from hearing banging on the door outside, she grabbed Ranboo's sword from off the ground and lunged at Dream.
"Dream! No!" A blue, orange and black blur flew by, just in time to save Dream.
The entire room went silent as a loud crunch echoed from George's body. He lay limp, facing up to the wooden ceiling of Tommy's house, "H-hi, Dream." He chuckled lightly, red flooding onto the blue of his shirt, although, he couldn't tell, "Long time, no see, eh?"
Dream's eyes grew wide and he dropped his bag to run to George, "What the hell, George?!" Dream yelled angrily at him, "Why the fuck did you come in?! It's stupid to throw away your life like that!!"
George let out another laugh, even though his ribs were aching, "And here I thought you'd be happy to see me. I guess I was wrong."
"No... George..." a huge wave of guilt washed over him, "That's not what I meant..."
George looked up at Dream, "You never cared for anyone but yourself, it all makes sense..." he felt his eyelids become too heavy to withstand, so he slowly let them fall, "But don't worry about me, Kristin will bring me to a better place, with a better Dream..."
Dream's heart raced, watching his best friend bleed out, "No! Please! George!" He took off his jacket and tried to soak up the blood with it, but he was no match for the rapid flow, "I did it for you guys! So that we could have a happy life again!"
George pursed his lips and shook his head, "Wrong again. All for yourself. But you go, live your life, we'll meet again. Hopefully in a universe where you are kinder..." and with that, GeorgeNotFound took his final breaths.
Dream stared down in horror as he watched George disintegrate into ashes and float into the sun, "HOW COULD YOU?!" He turned to face Puffy, but she wasn't there anymore. In fact, that entire side was pitch black. The darkness was approaching closer, swallowing up everything in its path and giving Dream no other choice but to run in the other direction.
"Get that motherfucker!!" Tommy cried from the other side.
Dream had no time to react as a ton of fireworks were hurled directly towards him. But...

"AHH!" Dream woke up in a cold sweat, eyes adjusting to the pitch black around him. He blinked a couple of times, and then noticed he was lying on the forest floor beside a sleeping figure, "Hello?" He called out, echoing into the night.
"Shhhh..." a tired arm pushed him back down, "Shush, Dream. I'm tryna sleep..." the voice immediately went back to snoring.
Dream looked over to his side and gasped, "George!" Without warning, he slammed his body onto his friend's, "You're alive!"
George shoved Dream off in annoyance, "What the hell, Dream?! I'm trying to sleep!"
Dream clutched his heart as if thanking the universe for this miracle, "I don't know how, or why, but I'm really glad that you're here."
"I'm really upset that you ruined my sleep." George grumbled.
Dream laid back on the dirt and stared at the treetops, "Sorry, but I just had the most intense dream."
