Dream got into his car to pick up his friend. They were going to go out to eat for lunch. A lunch day. A nice lunch day.

The place they were going to also had a dance floor. Dream always loved to dance, and tried to get George to dance with him. George would rarely dance with him. Dream would fake feeling hurt, but he did feel hurt. His friend was the boy he liked. Dream was not aware of this though.

He got over it fast though. They would always go to that place. The place they go to is called 'The Blade' it's a popular place. Whenever they dance, they're favorite song to dance to is Unchained Melody.

But in general, they're favorite upbeat song that they listen to is Heatwaves.

Dream put an AirPod in his ear and started playing heatwaves, it'd put him in a good mood. And earlier he had gotten some bad news, so this was a bit of a pick me up.

Sometimes all I think about is you.

Late nights in the middle of June.

Heatwaves been faking me out.

Can't make you happier now.

Sometimes all I think about is you.

Late nights in the middle of June.

Heatwaves been faking me out.

Cant make you happier now.

Dream sang along to the song. It was his favorite after all. It took him 3 hours to learn all the lyrics.

By time the song finished, he had arrived at George's house. He texted George that he's outside, and he puts his back onto head rest on his seat. He sighs out of annoyance, and takes his AirPod out.

George gets into the car and him and Dream talk a bit before George grabs the aux cord to play music. The first song to play, was the song Dream had just been listening to.

Dream looks over to George and smiles big. As the lyrics playing, Dream and George start yelling the lyrics.

The two were so happy just listening to the song. Always a pick me up. It was fun to listen to and had just a good vibe to it.
As the song dimmed out, the next song that played was Hey There Delilah.

Dream smiles, which is very obvious he did. As he started singing, the music flowed through his ears. He felt it move swiftly, he loved the sound, feel, and vibe to Hey There Delilah.

Hey there Delilah, what's it like in New York City?

I'm a thousand miles away but girl tonight you look so pretty, yes you do.

Time square can't shine as bright as you, I swear it's true.

Hey there Delilah don't you worry about the distance.

I'm right there if you get lonely, give this song another listen.

Close your eyes.

Listen to my voice, it's my disguise.

I'm by your side.

Oh it's what you do to me.

Oh it's what you do to me.

Oh it's what you do to me.

Oh it's what you do to me.

What you do to me.

Dream's second favorite song. George's 3rd. They both loved that song. They could listen to it on repeat and not get bored. They could listen to it for 6 hours straight, and not get bored. They could listen to it for the rest of their life, and will not get bored.

The flow of the song, the sound to the music, the vibe to the lyrics. Set perfectly. Went perfectly together. Best. Song. Ever.

So calming and relaxing. The two could read, dance, fall asleep, sing, or just listen to it while talking and they'd always be happy. Happy. They best way to describe their emotions. They know they can't always be happy, but that's what they were when they were together. Happy.

A thousand miles seems pretty far, but they've got planes and trains and cars.

I'd walk to you if I had no other way.

Our friends would make fun of us, but we'll just laugh along because, we know that none of them have felt this way.

Delilah I can promise you, that by the time that we get through.

The world will never ever be the same.

And you're to blame.

Hey there Delilah, you be good and dont you miss me.

Two more years and you'll be done with school.

And I'll be making history, like I do.

You know it's all because of you.

This song was great. Awesome. Exciting. But also sad. But oddly enough, the sad song, had always make the pair happy. Happy. They are always happy together.

Always are. They are never not happy when they are together. They always smile, laugh, snort, wheeze, giggle, everything that shows they are happy.

These two have feelings for each other, they are stupid enough to not to realize though. They didn't realize that they liked each other. George didn't realize he liked Dream. Dream didn't realize he liked George. They are dumb with this situation , they are too dumb to realize their love for each other.

As arriving to The Blade, the song finishes. They parked the car, and they walked inside to get their seats.

They made a reservation, that way they wouldn't have to wait. It was a smart idea. As soon as they walk in they hear the lyrics of What A Time.

I think of the night in the park it was getting dark and we stayed up for hours.

What a time, what a time, what a time.

The song felt like a sharp knife stabbing into Dream's stomach. It made him think "what if I lose George? I cant lose my best friend?"

As feeling tears form in his eyes, he quickly wiped them away. He knew he and George would be fine. They're here. At The Blade. Together. They're together.

That thought brought dream back to reality and made him happy. He stepped up to the counter and told the counter clerk that they made a reservation, and their names.

They were led to the table and sat down, looked through the menu, getting ready to order.

Dream ordered a water and some chicken, corn, peppers, mashed potatoes and gravy. George ordered a soda and the same food as Dream.

After eating, Dream decided to dance before leaving. The song playing was Saline Solution, the artist was Wilbur Soot. One of the duo's closest friends.

They smiled and Dream ran out to the dance floor, George staying behind, at the table. Dream rolled his eyes, his lips turning into a straight line, while slightly jogging back over to George he chuckled and smiled. He had to pull George out of his seat to come and dance. On the dance floor, Dream started dancing first, George had his arms crossed with and annoyed face. He eventually sighed, and smiled. George began dancing too.

George. Was. Dancing. George.. was.. dancing.. GEORGE WAS DANCING!
