"Well. Mr. George NotFound.. you have cancer.."

"What..?" George said upset "No no no no no no! This- this can't be true?!?" He said

"I'm sorry George but it is. We have to start treatments tomorrow.. if that's what you want.."

George sighs in disappointment. He lifts his head and said "yes. I want to start treatments tomorrow. And whatever you do.. do not tell Dream"

In the morning Dream wakes up and scrolls in his phone for a bit. As soon as the nurse comes into his room to check on him, he asks her a question.

"Oh! Nurse Nihachu, good morning!" He said "so I forgot to ask last night, but so I have any injuries?"

"Well, you broke your left leg, which it is still broken, and you sprained your right wrist. Which might be healed."

"Do you mind checking both for me? Just in case?" Dream asked

Nurse Nihachu smiles and replies very kindly "after breakfast." She pauses "it's almost ready"

Dream nods and smiles as Nihachu walks out.

He decided to FaceTime George because he had no one to talk to.

"Hey Pissbaby" George said answering

"Hello colorblind boy" Dream laughed slightly to himself and smiled

"Soooooo how'd you sleep?"

"Good George, you?"

"Alright. Woke up a couple times"

"Well?" Dream questioned

"Well what??" George asked

"Did you get your test results back?"

"Oh yeah!" George pauses trying to come up with an excuse "Just a little flu! I should be better soon!" George said

"Awe.." Dream frowned and sounded upset

"Well it's true.." George paused "Sorry if it upset you Dream. But I can't help it. I also don't know how I caught it or where I did. So I have no clue of what could've happened.."

"Oh well.. if you find out let me know. I care about you and want to make sure you're okay. Make sure you're always okay." Dream said

"Dream!! Breakfast!!" Nurse Nihachu said

"Okay thank you Nurse Nihachu!" Dream said looking away from his screen, "I have to go George, talk later!!" He said

"Bye!!" George said happily

"Bye!" Dream said hanging up

Dream was excited to eat. He felt a pit in his stomach though. As if George had been lying to him. George never lies though. Right? Georg never lies.. right?

Dream was panicking at the thought of George lying. He didn't know on wether to believe his instincts or George. He decided to believe George. George never had lied and has no reason to. George was always an honest person no matter the situation.
