i called jaidah to tell her the news.

"brooooo i'm gonna be in trey and armon's new music video for there song"

"did you talk to mikey about it? it might be uncomfortable for him?"

"i didn't think to talk to him about it because trey asked me if i wanted to do it and i do want to do it so u said yes th-."i explained.

"ok but-."she cut me off.

"let me finish theres things that i'm gonna do that mikeys not gonna like or be absolutely comfortable with shoot theres things i do my dads not comfortable with but he lets me do then and supports me because he understands my life isn't about what he wants it's what i want and i want to do this." i told her.

"ok ro i just think that you should at least give him a heads up like you know he i'm doing such and such i'm just letting you know or whatever cause if the music video pops out and he goes and sees you twerking on another man and stuff he's gonna flip." she said.

"ok jaidah i gotta go" i said hanging up.

she was right but she needs to understand where i'm coming from. my whole life i'm judged and do stuff for other people and do things to make other people happy the one time i wanna do something for myself it's a problem.

i went and got dressed.

"dad i'm going to meet up with trey and armon i'll be back" i yelled at the door.

"ok be safe" he yelled back. i closed the door going to my car. i got in and drove to the address trey sent. i got there getting out walking in.

"rominaaaaaa!" trey yelled running to me.

"hi nice to meet you" she said hugging me and i hugged back.

"ok and this is laila she just gonna be dancing with you but mostly with armon" i nodded. he gave me the outfit and i went to change.

i walked out and we started doing the choreography. when we got it we started recording and let me tell you the dance was bomb. we wrapped up and trey and senia had there recording time.

mikey was facetiming me. i answered and went outside.

"so you weren't gonna tell me?" he said staring at the camera.

"tell you what?"

"that you were gonna be with armon and trey twerking and grinding on trey and shit" he scrunched up his face.

"first of all i was gonna tell i just didn't get around to it yet second i still don't fucking understand why i have to tell everyone what i'm doing and why everyone has to be in my business my life is so controlling i do one thing for myself and everyone wants to bring me down you don't think ima get hate when the music video drops?"

"then why call me on some bullshit that jaidah told you and getting upset with me and shit. look i already told jaidah this and now i'm telling you i'm gonna live my life however the fuck i want and if you don't like it or don't support what i'm doing i don't need you or anybody for that matter" i said and hung up on him too.

i walked back in and heard.

"that's a wrap" i started clapping with everyone.

"hey ro where'd you go?"

"i didn't want to see you and senia's part not on no rude stuff i just know it's bomb so i wanted to wait to see it in the music video" i told him smiling.

"ik how you feel i'm ready for the video to drop"

"same but aye i gotta go i'll text you later" i told him leaving. i got in my car and drove to mcdonald's cause i was hungry. i got some for my dad and ryry as well and then headed home.

"IM HOME" i yelled.

"ok we're in the living room." my dad said.

"i brought food" i said putting it on the counter. i gave ryry hers and went to the restroom. i grabbed my food and went to my room.
