We come back to the mystery gang and our favorite duo walking through a hole in the wall of the crystal cove sewers. The hole in the wall lead into what looked like some kind of cave system. The group walks up to a pile of barrels with what looks like a radioactive symbol on them.
Velma bends down examining the barrels. "These are military, from the oxidation probably 40 years old." she says.
Valerie leans over to Y/n's ear and whispers "Wow she's pretty smart aye Y/n?" Y/n nods in agreement and whispers back "Yeah she is, but I kinda suspected because of the glasses." Valerie chuckles and lightly elbows Y/n in the side. "Be nice you little fluff bucket"
While everybody else was looking at the barrels Daphne was looking around the cave and saw a small, golden, magnifying glass pendent shine in the light of her flashlight. She walked over to it and picked it up "Hey... Fred I found something." Daphne proceeded to click a small button on the side of the pendant making it open and show a black and white picture of two teens along with playing a quiet tune.
Fred walks up behind Daphne and looks over her shoulder to see what she found. "Hmm, could be a clue. Good work Daph." Daphne turned her head. "Thanks Fred you're so sweet." Once she finished she saw Fred had walked off and was looking for clues again. "I-Its ok, we can talk... later," she says ending with a defeated sigh.
Valerie and Y/n had watched the whole thing go down and were both cringing. "Terrible luck init Y/n," Valerie says imitating a British accent. Her friend nods and hums in agreement "Real shame it is," Y/n says in a British accent as well.
Everybody helped went back to searching the cave for any clues. After a hot minute Shaggy finds a yellow safety helmet on the ground and looks over to Scooby. Scooby hears a dripping sound coming from above him and sees three bodies cocooned in some kind of green substance. Seeing this made Scooby start to scream. "We should probably call the police," Y/n says after Scooby was done screaming.
●Convenient Time Skip To The Police Arriving●
Our beloved characters were all now out of the sewer/cave system and watching some paramedics bring the cocooned people up. "Do you realize that those paramedics just climbed up that ladder holding that guy," Y/n whispers to her companion. Valerie gasps "Oh my god you're right."
💬A/N: Seriously though... how the hell did they do that?!💬
Sheriff Bronson was watching them walk the body away on a stretcher. He looks over to the group of teens. "See what happens when you kids stick your noses where they don't belong? People get cocooned!" Shaggy answers back with "Like, man, we found them like that." Daphne nods and trys to explain why they were down there "Sheriff there was a monster-" she get interrupted by the sheriff "Quiet. From this point forward, this is a crime scene and future tourist attraction, stay out of it"
"I got a stay out of it right here," Velma says now annoyed. Y/n nods crossing her arms "Yeah we should have told that dickweed off." Valerie gasps and smacks her friend on the back of the head. "Language." The gang look at the two interact while Velma was nodding in agreement to what Y/n had previously said. "I agree with her"
Fred decides he should do something before two angry females went over and told Bronson what they thought. "Calm down gang, let me talk to him." Valerie looks over at Velma and her friend "See there's a much better way to handle this"
Daphne watches Fred walk away and smiles "Don't worry, Fred will make him understand." Y/n rolls her eyes and looks over to where Fred went and starts to laugh which catches the Valerie's attention "Or... not"
Daphne looks aver to the two "What do you mean or not?" Valerie points at Fred who was running at them holding one of the cocooned bodies "Shaggy, start the van!" he yells making everybody else start running towards the said van. Shaggy looks over at Fred and laughs nervously "Wait, I thought you were going to talk to him!" Fred replies with "Yeah well he wasn't in a listening mood." Daphne and Velma open up the back doors of the van. "So you stole a body," Fred throws the body in, "Rockin' " Velma comments.
The gang climbs into the van and starts to drive off. "Like wait... where are Valerie and Y/n," Shaggy says not to long after. All of them start to look around "Jinkies, we must have left them at the crime scene," Velma exclaims. Fred looks out the window and see Y/n salute them from Valerie's car as they drive by and he breathes a sigh of relief. "It's alright gang, they're right there." They all watch the car drive away and smile. "Lets get to school. I know just who can help us." Fred says determinedly.

A/N: Hey guys I'm so very sorry that I haven't posted in weeks. I got into a crash and got a concussion because of it. Due to that typing was really hard to do. Alright now that I'm done with that I'd like to welcome anybody that has been reading this story! I really hope all of you really enjoyed the chapter and I'll try to make the next part soon.
