Chapter 1

Armin's POV

I stood there in shock. 'That titan.... was Eren?' I thought. I couldn't grasp the idea. I grabbed eren's hand and intertwined our fingers, I thought I'd lost him. Nobody knew, because I felt everyone would hate me for being this way, but I loved Eren. I have ever sense we were kids but I didn't know what the feeling was until he pulled me out of that titans mouth to save me. I didn't notice I was crying until Eren regained consciousness and cupped my cheek in the palm of his hand, wiping my tears with his thumb. I leaned my head against his hand and smiled weakly.

"Eren... why did you save me? You could have kept going and saved yourself." I asked, wondering if it was because I was his best friend or for the reason I was hoping.

"Armin... I saved you because-" He was inturrupted by Mikasa running over to us.

"Eren!" She shouted pulling him into a tight hug, his warm hand leaving my cheek and his fingers being pulled away from me. 'Damn it Mikasa!' I thought, sure my face was becoming red with anger, or embarrassment.

"Are you hurt?! Injured?!" She started freaking out looking all over his body, making my heart sting slightly. He shook is head.

"No but... I did loose this arm and this leg before whatever happened. I was swallowed by a titan." He explained, moving his fingers and scrunching his toes.

"He saved me and in the process, was swallowed." I looked down at my hands, when I saw eren reach up and grab one. He pulled me into a hug and whispered into my ear so Mikasa couldn't hear,

"I saved you because I love you, Armin." Then he let go smiling at me, my face turning more red than it was.

"Ackerman! Get over here!" Someone yelled off to the side, so she nodded and ran to the voice. He pulled me close to him again, our faces inches away.

"Armin, do you feel the same?" I could sew his eyes watching my lips, waiting to attack them.

"Y-Yes. I've felt the same for a long time." I closed my eyes, waiting for something terrible to happen. Instead I felt his lips crash into mine, resting his hand on the back of my neck. I wrapped my arms around his neck and moved my lips with his in perfect unison. Everything around me disappeared. All of my problems vanished into thin air. I felt like I could do anything, until,

"Eren? Armin?" I heard the shock in Mikasa's voice as she held back tears. I tried to pull away from Eren but he held my head to him, strong but not enough to hurt. He finally pulled back, panting for air and glanced at Mikasa, who was now red and fuming with anger. She stormed over to us and grabbed my arm slamming me into the floor. My instincts kicked in and I curled into a ball ready for what was about to come. I felt her foot make contact with my back causing me to scream in pain and arch my back, giving her a free shot to my stomach. She kicked it as hard as she could it felt like and I doubled over in pain again, waiting for another kick. I felt so week and helpless.

"MIKASA STOP!!" Eren yelled as i heard her sturggling to get free from someones grasp. I looked up to see Mikasa being dragged away from me by Marco and Eren rushed to my side. He pulled me onto his lap as I wrapped my legs around his waist, burying my face in the crook of his neck whimpering. The whimpering turned into crying very soon and he ran his fingers through my hair trying to calm me down. I eventually calmed down but stayed cuddled up to Eren for what felt like an eternity. He pushed me back slightly so he could see my face, but have me still resting on his lap. He placed his hand on my cheek again, wiping away the dry tears and slowly running his fingers over my lips. I closed my eyes as he leaned in, kissing me softly but passionately. He stood up, never breaking the kiss and holding me up with my legs still wrapped around him. I pulled back for air, both of us panting as I rested my forehead against his.

"I love you Eren." I whispered, playing with the back of his hair.

"I love you too, Armin." He whispered back as I lowered my legs to be standing. He smiled at me as I smiled back. He began running his hand up and down my back, causing me to lean my head on his chest.

"So... Do you wanna... Date?" He asked, I looked up at his face to see hope in his eyes. I quickly nodded yes, having no words to describe how happy I was. I hugged him tightly and kissed him passionately. He kissed me back, resting his hands on my waist. We stayed like this until we heard someone.

"Ahem..." The man cleared his voice, it was Captain Levi. We quickly let go of each other and saluted.

"Good morning, Heichou Levi!" We yelled in unison.

"What's this we have here? A romance? Leave it behind you, boys. I tried having a romance once... It didn't turn out well..." He looked behind him over the wall.

"U-Uh Heichou Levi, if I may uhm-" I stuttered until I was interrupted by Eren speaking up.

"We're not going to leave it behind us, sir! We love each other and are determined to make this work!" He looked over at me and I smiled weakly. Levi sighed.

"Alright fine, but when one if you gets eaten or dies, don't come crying to me." He walked the other way. Realization hit me like a boulder. My eyes widened as I looked at Eren, my arms falling from their stance. He put his hands on my arms and stared me in the eyes.

"Neither one of is going to die, I'm going to protect you and I'm sure you're going to do whatever you can to protect me." He reassured me, pulling me into a hug. I rested my head on his chest, thinking about life without him. Would we ever be able to travel the outside world like we wanted to? Would we ever see the sea or the lands made of sand? As if he could read my thoughts he whispered,

"Some day we're going to travel together. We're going to see the lands of sand and the sea. We are going to Armin, I assure you." The way he whispered my name sent shivers down my spine, and my body started heating up. Did that little word just.... Turn me on?! What the hell! I closed my eyes to try and prevent whatever the hell is going on in my body.

"All Cadets, Dismissed!" Levi yelled. I sighed with relief until Eren wrapped his arm around my waist and used his 3D mobility gear to get us back to the resting chambers before anyone else. He quickly but softly pushed me onto my back on his bed, climbing on top of me. My breathing accelerated as he leaned down and nibbled at my neck, earning a small moan/whimper from my lips.
