I really can't believe it Nids, how can I get dumped on a text. I mean does he have no conscious what so ever . I gave good 2 years of my life to that low life of an excuse man and that's what I get in return. The least he could do was to tell it to my face. Overnight he changes his number , his house or maybe even his face for all I care. Unh unh , yuck I feel sooooooooooooooo horrible babes. If at all I ever see that pig I'll break his face no matter how many ever looks he changes , scoundrel!

Nida looked at Nishi with sheer pity feeling sorry for her. She holds the glass stopping her from further drinking, Nishi was past her alcohol tolerance limit and was nearly knocked out. She side hugs her and says ' babes let's call it a night and get you home. Lemme settle the bill and book a cab. Nishi puffed a pout saying I'm done with boys and gonna be Holy Mary. No more dating for the rest of my life and puts her head down on the table drowning herself in selfpity.

He was done with his college reunion gathering and was nursing his drinks when he saw a girl drowning herself in alcohol. He couldn't hear the conversation but found himself drawn towards the animated square shaped face with doe eyes, a slight crooked nose and a pouty full kissable unpainted lips. Her eyes were half closed kinda drowsy, her hair were  shades of brown falling on that beautiful face of hers.
A smile appeared on his face making his heart beat a bit faster than usual. He was about to leave when he saw a guy approaching towards her that made him stop and noticed she was pushing the guy's hand away from holding her. He walked to her pushing the guy away and pulled her close towards his chest as she was about to fall losing her balance. She looked up straight into his eyes and forgot to breath, his face was well toned and those deep grey eyes churned her stomach . Nishi smiled tilting her face showing her dimple and spoke 'are you here to save me as well '. Tight lipped he looked down at her lifting his brow and nodded his head lowering  down , whispers in her ears 'play along' and says
Babes I just leave you for 5 minutes and you land yourself in trouble again. Nishi stares at him jaw dropped and blinks stunned . He smiles and kisses her forehead puts his coat around her shoulder and takes her from there. She just stares at him hypnotized by his personality and walks with him in daze. As soon as they were out of the door Nida comes running and holds Nishi, babes you OK, then looks at the guy holding her and thanks him saying I'll take it from here. He stands there , his hands in pocket to stop himself from pulling her back into his arms. Nishi walks away smiling and waving at him.

Present 2021 January 15th

Aaditya was looked at the file that lay on his table and smiled . It's gonna be an interesting year Roger he tells his PA who stood across the table. He looked at his watch , it was past his working hours. He stood up wore his handmade tailored coat and left the office. He dismissed his driver and drove the car himself. As he drove, he came across Loft38 and stopped. Something nagged him saying he might get lucky tonight.

There was some party going on and as usual packed with crowd. He sat in his usual spot ordering his regular drink. As he nursed his drink he saw the dance floor, his heart suddenly raced a beat or two faster looking at a figure in the crowd dancing . Her body moved with the music that played, head nodding left right, hands up in the air enjoying the song. She wore a tight body hugging knee lenght black dress that showed her toned legs in black heels. He immediately recognized her, a smile appeared on his face making him look dangerously handsome.

On the dance floor Nishi danced with her friends lost in her own happy world, it was her birthday , Nida pulled her saying let's go have something to drink I'm thirsty babes. Nishi smiled and noddes her head moving out of the crowd making her way to the nearest table that was across Aaditya's. They ordered fruit punch with a shot of tequila and soon the rest of her friends joined her. They were loud and lively, Nishi was still dancing in her seat moving her shoulders when her friend Jobby said stop it yar your driving me nuts . Nishi looked at him and showed her middle finger laughing.

Across the table , Aaditya forgot his drinks and was completly lost in what was happening on the other side of the room as if he was watching a movie. A few minutes later Nida brings a huge cake and keeps it in front if Nishi. They cheer loudly and scream Happy Birthday Nishi . She gives a hearty laugh and yells 'which of you scoundrel kept 30 candles on the cake and takes out 3 of them. She looks around then points the finger on Andy and says I'll kill you if you ever remind me I'm 30 again. In my own world of bubble I'm only 27 and will remain 27 forever and smiles showing that gorgeous dimple of hers.

Kevin smiles and says it's hard to believe that your even 27 , to me you look nothing less than 23. Nida pinches him saying don't forget you idiot your girlfriend is right next to you and your flirting with her Bestie. Kevin makes a puppy face and says sweetheart just trying to get in good books of your friend, my eyes are only for you and only you and winks at Nishi. Nishi laughs saying yeah yeah right you jerk as if I didn't know the flirt you are. Anna looked a bit lost, when Nida asks her if she was OK?  She gives a weak feeble smile and  says yeah I'm fine babes but she didnt look fine. Nishi too had noticed her being disturbed for the last couple of days, but she let go of it for now thinking to later check on it.

Aaditya wanted to go there, pull her in a hug inhale her fragrance , kiss her and wish her birthday but knew better. He stayed there watching them have fun and enjoy their drinks. Unlike last time Nishi wasn't out of control with drinks,  whereas , some of her friends were drunk & some sober. An hour later her friends started to leave one by one. It was only Nishi Nida & Kevin left. Kevin and Nida went out while Nishi was finishing her drink when she noticed the guy across the table who had been watching them from a long time. She looked at him, he somehow looked familiar but couldn't remember him, she didn't act on her instinct , instead looked away.

Nida came a few minutes later and sat next to her. Nishi she says , Nishi lost in her thoughts was startled by Nida and apologizes . What do you think of this take over yar , do you think our jobs are safe she asks Nishi. Absent mindedly Nishi starts playing with her hair and sighs. No idea babes , wish this pandemic hadn't made it so bad but there's nothing we could do she replies. Heard the company that's taken over our Radio Station is going strong even in this situation so it won't be that bad. Let's hope for the best and not worry ourselves over things that is beyond us. Nida smiles and asks her, ready to leave ?  Nishi nods her head then suddenly says , babes don't look right away but there's this guy sitting on the opposite side of us who has been watching us the whole time. Strangely he looks too familiar , can't nail it though where or how. Nodding Nida takes her time to look at him and finds it true. He did look familiar but can't recollect how. Seeing them notice him Aaditya looks away and pretends to make a call. Nishi gives up saying leave it babes, I'm dead tired to break my head over such a nagging feel and leaves.

Aaditya takes out his phone and writes something and keeps it back smiling. It was almost 11 when Aaditya too leaves the bar. He was in the parking area when he notices Nishi yelling near the car kicking the tyre. He looks down and sees a flat tire, debating he decides to sit inside the car and drives past them. Nishi sees him drive away and murmers pig looking at his car, a few mins later the valet parking driver comes to help them saying a guy sent him here to help them. Nishi thanks him and thinks could it be the pig who sent her the help.
