General (pre and post timeskip)
Eren:
Eren likes to put his hands on your shoulder when kisses you. He gets too nervous to actually do anything else so he plays it safe,,, and awkward
Armin:
Like Eren, Armin tends to be quite awkward with where he puts his hands when kissing you but after some time, he's taken a liking to holding your hands. He likes to be present when you're kissing so he does this by holding your hands.
Jean:
Jean is the type to hold your cheeks while kissing you. He loves to just put both his hands and squish your cheeks while you kiss. To him it's like it brings you closer to him.
Levi
Levi would put his hands around your waist. Instead of having them sit at the waist he would kind of move them closer to your back but not indicating anything sexual, just to show you he's there and not leaving you. (a/n: God i love this man 😔✋)
Erwin
Erwin is very traditional with how he shows his affection so like Armin he would be holding your hands. Since his favourite place to kiss you is already your hands, he always has to be touching them in some way when showing you affection. That's the difference between him and Armin, he's not an awkward mess.
Bertholdt
Bertholdt is the one who places his hands on the small of your back (the lower part of your back). It's calming to have his arms wrapped around you and he likes the feeling of having your arms around his neck and shoulders. By hugging that part of your back, it's only natural for you to reach for his shoulders or neck.
