(Y/N)s' POV

I slowly opened my eyes 'Huh where am I?' I thought to myself while I was floating in pitch darkness.
'.... Where's my room? Where's anything at that matter?' I stared at the dark slowly starting to feel.. Despair.. Guilt And hurt.
'Why am I feeling this? What's happening, I don't understand.' this feeling of not wanting to be alone, not wanting to be in the cold dark, not wanting to-
As if gravity started up again I felt a force pushing me down to I don't know where. Though I didn't scream I couldn't scream.

Eventually I landed on a field of flowers, specifically silk and glaze Lily flowers "...." I still couldn't say anything, I forced myself to sit up and so I did... The next thing I see was the light blue moon shining bright looking down at me giving the flowers down here a beautiful sparkle 'You're still shining confidently I see..' I smiled and finally had the strength to stand up.

Eventually all that despair, guilt and hurt faded away, and then met a happiness, peaceful feeling.

I picked up a silk flower and stared at it for a moment, enjoying the peace and quiet for a bit longer.

I opened my eyes to meet a plain ceiling. I sat up to stretch and yawned a bit "..Don't silk flowers grow on red bushes..?" I whispered to myself a bit surprised to recall silk flowers on the grass.

'Right I have to meet up with Xiao today.. And it's pretty early in the morning so I have time to get ready' I get out of the bed I was sleeping in and started to walk towards the bathroom door.

I opened the door carefully and looked at the mirror ".. I should probably take a shower and brush my teeth.."

I removed my current clothes and stepped in the shower, turning on the faucet as I started to feel a cold feeling. I shivered a bit but eventually the cold feeling started to get warm.
'Feels as warm as being next to a fireplace' I smile and started to clean myself.

I got out of the shower with my towel around me as started to brush my teeth and drying off my hair "Now you look great as ever (Y/N)" I said as I looked at myself in the mirror, staring at my (E/C) colored eyes and stood back making a pose until I noticed my towel started to slip off. I quickly grabbed it and went to try to find my usual clothes.
'Oh thank Archons I found them, I thought I was about to go out naked' I chuckled a bit then processed to put on my clothes, struggling a little but managed. I go and grab the electro vision sitting on the counter next to my bed and placed it on me.

'Alright I think that's all, I'm ready to start the day.' I blinked a bit and walked to the front door of the room, opening it in the process.

"Alright time to go find Xiao" I whispered to myself and started to go up the stairs where Xiao was heading yesterday night, that was when I heard three voices, one was obviously Xiaos voice but who were the other two?

Aethers' POV

"Anyways thanks for the help Xiao, we really appreciate it!" I thanked the teel haired Adeptus.
"Yeah, Yeah! Paimon also liked the food you treated us with after! Make sure to do that more often hehe." Paimon remarked as they smiled brightly.

"It wasn't anything an Adeptus couldn't handle." Xiao replied crossing his arms, smiling a bit, just a bit.

Paimon kept babbling about nonsense to Xiao, I smiled at both of them until I heard foot steps coming our way. I got startled and looked back.

There I saw was a person-- no.. Adeptus..? They had similar clothing to a few other adepti here in Liyue and (H/C) horns similar to Ganyus?
The bright sun reflecting on the "persons" (S/C) colored skin, (E/C) colored eyes staring right into mine, their (H/C) colored hair easily pulling everything together.

Who is this? I've never seen them, Zhongli hasn't ever mentioned them before.

"Having a nice chat without me?" the (E/C) eyed colored "Adeptus" said. I quickly backed away a bit along with Paimon.

"Heyy! Paimon was just getting into the go-- huh?!" Paimon backed away a bit as well seeing how there wasn't an invited stranger.

Xiao also noticed and looked behind "Oh, it's you again." he said without a care in the world.
"Xiao you know them?!" I questioned looking at him.
"Yes.. Yes I do"
"I didn't know there was another adeptus.." I looked down frowning "Trust me I didn't know there even existed another one until yesterday night." Xiao said as he scoffed looking away.

"You act like an immature teenager, Xiao." The Adeptus said in a stern tone and walked up to me.

"I believe we haven't met, I go by (Y/N) one of the first Adepti here in Liyue"

"Ah..(Y/N), my name is Aether I'm just a normal traveler passing by." I sweat a bit but (Y/N) only stared at me, I shiver 'Those eyes.. ' I thought to myself.

"You don't seem to be around here, especially with your floating friend" The Adeptis' eyes soften a bit then looked at Xiao.

"I hope I didn't interrupt your conversation with this Traveler, Xiao." (Y/N) said while facing to look at the teel haired Adeptus
"I don't mind, besides I was about to go call you right after I finished my conversation but it seems you beat me to it" Xiao replied staring into the other adeptis' eyes, frowning in the process.

"Paimon doesn't like the heavy feeling those two created here.." Paimon said as they touched their forehead.
"Oh oh! How about we go out and invite those two to eat with us? Paimon thinks it's a good idea" Paimon said whispering to me " You think they'll get along better?" I whispered back "Yeah yeah yeah! Plus more food" Paimon responded giggling. I nod and go to face the two Adeptus.

"Hey guys what about we go out and eat, Paimon says they're hungry so what do you two say?" I asked and (Y/N) was the first one to answer "Oh? Breakfast after I wake up? This must be my lucky day, sure why not?" They responded with a smile.

"But didn't we already planned to d--" before Xiao could finish his sentence he was interrupted
"Hey don't be a downer, you could try all sorts of dishes" (Y/N) explained to Xiao.

"I can't really eat anything else other than Almond Tofu." He said without a single emotion in his voice. The electro user looked at him for a moment and nodded "I see.. Xiao do you feel comfortable being in Liyue at all?" (Y/N) asked so suddenly.

'Woah already going in' I thought to myself wide eyed.

"No but I could make an exception for this time only, but remember.." it seems that Xiao noticed himself speaking softly again "Ahem-- But remember we need to go fight off the enemies after!" He said a bit more confidently then the last.

"Okay so does this mean that Xiao and (Y/N) will tag along with Paimon and traveler???" Paimon said in an excited tone.
Both of the Adepti nodded in response. "Great! Me and Paimon will meet you two at Wanmin Restaurant!" I said and ran out of the balcony with Paimon leaving the two Adepti there.

AN; Woah going to Wanmin restaurant with Paimon, Aether and Xiao? That must be great! I wonder if Xiangling will be there..
