Jj + John b [one shots]

Finally

6:00am. It was 6:00am when Jj came bursting through John b's door and threw himself on the bed.

"Your crushing my whole body." John b says, face smushed against the pillow. Jj lifts up and let's John b move before plopping back down next to him.

"Summers almost over John b." Jj remarks staring at the ceiling.

John b, still half asleep groans as a response.

"Soon we'll be back to school. Stuck in a classroom all day when we should be surfing."

"It's not like you ever go to school anyway." John b chuckles.

"Yeah I know. It's just not he same as summer." Jj answers.

"I get it." John b nods.

"We should do something crazy," Jj pauses, thinking. "Let's go skydiving!" He finishes sitting up abruptly.

"Come on buddy. We can't go skydiving. You can barely dive normally." John b replies in a snarky tone. "Why don't we just go surf."

"Yeah we could do that too."

Its 8:00am when John b and Jj arrive at there favourite surf spot.

"I'll beat ya there." Jj screams, tears off his shirt and makes a run for the water.

"You forgot your board!" John b calls after him shaking his head. He grabs his and jj's board and slowly make his way to the water.

The waves are big but not huge. It's kind of disappointing but when a good one comes it'll knock you right over.

They surf normally for about ten minutes before Jj decides he's bored.

"I still wanna do something crazy." He says as they rest calming on there boards.

"We could see who can balance the longest?" John b suggests a game they've been playing since they first learned how to surf.

"Why not." Jj grins and hops up on his board. John b follows his actions.

It's not a fun game when the waves are calm. They stand up there with no problem for almost 15 minutes before one of them even wobbles.

"Hey hey, look out there" Jj points far out where a massive wave is forming. At this rate it looks like it'll crash right over top of them.

"Now here's a challenge." John b challenges.

They both stand there ground, waiting for the wave to roll over them.

When it comes there crushed, neither of them having even the slightest chance of balancing. They both go under hard, grasping each other for security.

John b takes hold of jj's fore arm and Jj grabs his shoulder. They come up inches away from each other.

The boys freeze. Face to face, eyes to eyes. Jj's as blue as ever and John b's crystal clear.

There's a moment where they just sit there. Staring. And then finally, John b builds up the courage to lean forward and touch his lips to his best friends.

They kiss softly, warming there freezing bodies. Then Jj pulls away shock written all over his face.....then a smile.

He brings his hand to John b's face and pulls him in again. Both of the boys have been secretly hoping for this for ages, too scared to do anything.

But right now neither of them are scared.
