A/N: Sorry I took a huge break from this story I wasn't really that motivated to write but now I'm really bored so I'm continuing so sorry for the wait!!!

I checked my phone every 5 minutes to see no new messages, so many thoughts swarming through my head, is she really busy? Am I just not that interesting? I stared at my phone as I waited for something to happen.

Until it came into my mind wait- she's probably still at work right now. I wrapped myself in the blanket of my bed as I giggled about being that stupid

Wait I still have a ton of stuff to unpack what am I even doing... I set my phone down on my night stand as I went to the stacks of boxes in my living room and began to sort them into each of the rooms. After hours of unpacking I finally finished and fell onto my bed. I suddenly remembered about Ness and quickly grabbed my phone from my nightstand.

"Ah sorry I couldn't respond earlier an incident happened with the old night shift worker so now I have to take over"

I was relieved to know that

"Of course all good but dang that sucks, you gotta change your sleep schedule? or is it already shit"

"Yeah won't have to change my schedule much I'm not the best when it comes to this kind of stuff"

"I see so about your vr testing what games have you tested??"

"Eh nothing big just mainly indie games but I did test one of the Freddy games so that's how I got my job at the pizzaplex."

"Oh well that's really cool!!! Wait what happened to the old night worker are they ok?"

"I heard that he died last night. They're still trying to find out how he died"

"That's terrible!! I hope it wasn't something at the pizzaplex that could harm you"

"Yeah... Well how about tomorrow before my shift we hang out a bit and maybe I could show you around?"

"Ah yeah of course is 5 good?"

"Yep"

AAAA YES I'm so glad that I already have someone I can hang out with I'm really surprised on how short that took... But it doesn't matter.

I felt my phone buzz to see it was my friend Mars we were best friends before I moved and I was really nervous about being alone and if stuff with Ness doesn't work out I know I'll always have him.  I opened his text.

"Hey how you settling in"

"Pretty good already meet someone really cool"

"Cooler than me 🤨"

"I mean I don't know..."

"Well I'm glad things are going good I was kinda worried about you but it sounds like you've got everything under control this summer I'm saving up so hopefully I can visit before you start college!"

"Marssssssssss at least let me pay a chunk of that you shouldn't be spending your money on me you have to save up for college too"

"Yeah yeah I kinda forgot about college I don't even know what I'm going to major"

"If ever need any help I'm here"

"Thanks y/n"

I yawned and looked at the time and realized I should probably go to sleep now.
