I don't think it's a coincidence that the new guys - Keith and Kei - look almost like a mirror image of Noah and Neo. Somethings up. Even though they're a black-haired duo, they don't have to look identical.
My theory is that because it's a different timeline, there are different versions of people.
The original Armageddon timeline was the one Noah was originally on before he got taken back. This is a whole new timeline, as we've already seen.
And history repeats. What if, in every timeline, there's another version of a character. For example, on the original timeline, Noah was himself. But he travelled back into something completely new. He still looks the same, and has the same powers, and stuff, but there might be another Noah - not with the same family and powers and all that, but maybe similar in appearance and personality, a way to ensure that history will always repeat in an endless cycle.
So basically, somewhere, there'll be another Abel, another Parish, another of everyone. Noah and Neo just had the chance to meet themselves. Whether it's a good chance or a bad chance I don't know. Hopefully it's good.
And there's a search going on, for a black-haired duo. The search is probably for Noah and Neo, since we've seen people searching for them before, and given Neo's powers, and the fact that in an earlier ep he was called "monster" - he could possibly be classed as an undead, but still living, which brings a whole new level of threats - it's obvious why they would be tracked down.
What's not obvious is that if they know who Neo is - they had a profile on him and everything - why would they search for just any black-haired duo? Why not focus on Noah and Neo in particular. Maybe they don't know their location, or anyone can be a suspect, but Noah and his group are staying in a pretty big place, there's a chance it could just be stumbled upon, and it's large enough to see clearly from the air, and if the group gets any bigger word could get around about a safe group in a military base - big enough for whoever is searching for Noah and Neo to check out.
