Wild Cat

Prologue

I was in my small, cold "room". It was more like a cell. Concrete walls and floor with no windows and a metal ceiling. An old mattress was lying on the floor, but it's the only home I've known. If that's even what you want to call it. I wish I could leave, every time the I try they always find my and I get hurt, so I've stopped trying.

I'm in one base for a group called HYDRA. It was in a place they called Canada or something like that. They gave me a power. The power to shape-shift into different kinds of feline. I have heard of one other person they have given powers to. The Winter Soldier is what they called him.

"Wild Cat, report to training room," I instantly get up and head to the training room.

I get there to see a few men waiting for me at the door. They open the door for me and I walk in to the all to familiar room. The room was like mine, but bigger and had a one way mirror on one of the cement walls. A small speaker was in the top right corner of the room.

"Okay, Wild Cat, you know the drill," Sergeant Miller, the one who always over see my training, said. "House cat."

My normal blue-gray eyes gave of a bright yellow glow as I turn from my human from into a house cat. I looked down to see my hands and feet were now small paws covered in light brown fur.

"Cheetah."

My eyes give off another bright yellow glow as I feel my small form grow. My once brown fur was now a light tan with black spots.

This went on for a little longer. Sergeant Miller would call out a type of feline and I would turn into it.

"Tig-" his voice got cut off.

Curious, I turned back to my human form and opened the door to be meet by two people I didn't know looking straight at me. One was a woman with red hair and the other was a guy with a bow and arrows. Getting scared, I turned into a tiger and growl at them.

"What's a kid doing here? I didn't see anything about a kid in the report, did you?" The man said turning to the woman. She shook her head.

"Who are you guys?" I asked a little scared, but tried not to let it show. "And why are you here?"

They both looked at each other, then back at me. They slowly came closer to me. I back up still in my tiger form. I walked back into a wall. The man aimed an arrow at me. Before I could do anything I felt a shock and everything went black.

I woke up in my human form. I was on something soft and a little off the ground. Looking around I see that I'm in a room made of glass. I try to turn into a cougar, but it didn't work. I tried over and over again, still nothing.

"It's not going to work." said a voice I didn't know.

I see a man with darker skin and a black eye patch. He walked right up to the glass wall. To say I was scared would be an understatement.

"Who are you and where am I?" I asked standing right in front of him.

"I'm Director Fury of S.H.E.I.L.D and you are on the Helacarreier."
