"UMAI! UMAI!" Tomioka sighed. Rengoku suddenly saying 'umai' kind of annoyed him. However, today he payed it no mind, because Rengoku was eating his favourite food, simmered salmon with daikon. He was tempted to steal the plate, but he knew that was rude. However, Rengoku seemed to notice this....

Rengoku p.o.v
Giyuu is looking at my food with an 'inner smirk face'. Maybe he's hungry? Or he likes simmered salmon with daikon?
"TOMIOKA-SAN!"

Tomioka p.o.v
I was just thinking about the beautifulness of simmered salmon with daikon when
"TOMIOKA-SAN" I jumped. Turning around, I saw Rengoku. "Rengoku-san?"
"Tomioka-san, I saw you looking at my food earlier? Want some? I'd be happy to share" Rengoku smiled at me. I was quite surprised.

Rengoku p.o.v
Tomioka looked at me in surprise. "Really? Are you sure..."
Truth is, I genuinely felt pretty bad for Tomioka-san. He didn't really have any friends here. So I wanted to at least try. Because Shinobu is annoying sometimes, so I want to prove her wrong. I want to prove Tomioka has a friend!!
"Yea I'm sure" I have him another smile. He tentatively took some salmon with some chopsticks on the table, and placed it in his mouth. I had never seen him so excited before. But he looked like he had stars in his eyes. Like a little kid. "UMAI" he whispered. I looked at him in shock. "Are you mocking me?!" I feigned sadness. "What would happen if u said yes?" He said in a deadpan voice.

3rd p.o.v
For the rest of the day, they started imitating each other. Rengoku just not talking to anyone and randomly saying "I'm not disliked". Whereas Tomioka started talking like Rengoku to EVERYONE, and also randomly saying "UMAI". All the other Hashiras were confused. When they told Master Ubuyashiki, he chuckled.

Master Ubuyashiki p.o.v
"Tomioka and Rengoku-san have been acting strange today Master." Shinobu told me. I looked to the other Hashiras, who just nodded in agreement. "How so?" I asked Sanemi. "They are going around. Acting like each other!" I laughed, trying to imagine Giyuu running around yelling. And I was happy. When i first met Giyuu, I knew that he would have a hard time making friends here, so I'm very pleased that he and Kyojirou have become more than co-workers. They've become friends.
