This girl reaches her hand out towards me. "Get up". The girl says to me. "What?!" I question her. "Get up"
She repeats. I reach out and grab her hand, allowing her to pull me to my feet. "I'm Veronica" she introduces herself. "Im Adele. But you knew that." I laugh. She nods and begins to laugh. We hug, our cold wet clothing pressing against eachothe. Usually I give hugs to make others feel better. This time, its for me and it feels so good. I slowly let go of her."Let's go get you fixed up." She says. And leads me down the building.
We walk back to the door that I previously threw myself at. Speaking of which my shoulder really hurts now. I open it and walk in. Veronica stops just outside the door.. "Well come on in, its cold." I say. "I'm just a fan." She says. "That's fine I want your help." I admit. I honestly mean it too. I grab her wrist and lead her inside.
When we get back to my room everyone is yelling. "Oh there you are. Who is this?" Exclaims Laura. "Everyone calm down. I'm ok. This is Veronica I want her here." I dont explain even to laura what happened. I'm beginning to fill with nerves again. "Ok please everybody but Laura and Veronica, leave. I'll be ready for show" I say.
I stand in the middle of the room hair ruined, my eyeliner streaming down my face, from rain and tears. My dress is heavy and making me cold.
