CHAPTER ONE

CHAPTER ONE.

Elora woke up to the irritating sound of her alarm.
" Ugh great , another day at Rivendell boarding Academy " she said with obvious sarcasm in her tone. "Good morning willow....willow ? " Elora woke up but she didn't find her roommate , she panicked and quickly got dressed .
Elora hurried to class to look for her roommate only to see her in the hallway, she let out a huge sigh of relief however a boy bumped into willow while running and she took a hard fall to the floor. "Hey can't you watch where- oh it's you willow " the boy said with a disgusted look in his eyes as he walked away without helping her up .
Willow struggled to gather her things as elora called out to her
"Willow are you alright ? " willow looked shocked and kept turning her head , looking for elora , who was right in front of her . Elora's eyes were filled with sadness as she grabbed willow's hands and said
"I'm right here willow ".
Willow , unfortunately was both blind and dumb , so she can neither see nor can she speak.
Willow responded with a wide smile while Elora's smile was rather weak .
Elora escorted willow to her class and told her to wait for her until she was done with her class , Elora then headed towards the direction of her own classroom and coincidentally bumped into someone on the way , leaving her on the floor as well.
"What is this ? Some kind of curse ? " she said angrily
"I'm so sorry , here let me help"
A tall , Handsome boy with brown hair and hazel eyes offered a helping hand, but she kindly declined and hurried to class
"Hey logan what are you doing, we're gonna be late " Before logan came back to his senses a young man with light skin ,blonde hair and dark brown eyes yelled his name while running towards him
"Oh hey kael , tell me is that-" logan pointed towards what seemed to be elora running into her classroom .
Kael responded in shock "No way , that's elora , what are the odds that we'd find her on our first day here ? looks like we'll be leaving this school sooner than we thought "
The two then left the hallway to attend to their own classes.

The bell rang and elora was the first person to leave the classroom because she was going to help her friend get back to the dorms .
Normally there wouldn't need to be any rush seeing as willow wasn't going to stand up and leave on her own However willow's classmates had a habit of ridiculing her and she really couldn't notify the teachers.
The only thing elora could do was report to the principal and all the principal ever did was suspend the bullies , seeing as their parents have already paid good money to put their children in the school .
Elora rushed to willow's class and saw willow's classmates throwing paper and learning utensils on her and calling her names.
"What the hell is wrong with all of you ?! " elora yelled so loud that it could be heard throughout the school hallway
"Ugh great she's here , we've already had our fun ,you can take your friend and go " elora noticed the statement was made by the boy who bumped into willow in the morning and walked towards him with every intention of beating him to a pulp but willow grabbed her hand in an attempt to plea for him
Elora bit her bottom lip so hard that it started to bleed , she then grabbbed willow's hand and took her to the principal's office .
"Elora , we've been through this , i can't expel them " the principal said sincerely
"But you can't just allow them to keep bullying willow like this " elora replied
"I know and I've been thinking about moving her to a school for blind people " the principal responded
"What?! Then what about them ? , you move her and then what ? What's gonna stop them from bullying another person "
"Look elora , i know you are concerned for your friend-"
"SHE'S YOUR DAUGHTER! , can't you put money aside and help her" elora said , interrupting the principal
"I'm trying to do what's best for her but i also have a responsibility to the school , how do you think I'm able to manage security and the equipment we need for your daily check up !!?" .
(Rivendell boarding Academy was the safest and best school in all of Aerilon, they had the best security and they perform daily check ups on the student for health purposes however that was not the main reason why, the check ups were to inspect all the students in case they were monsters in disguise or if they had been transformed into monsters, they check for all of the attributes that a monster could possibly have, such as ; fangs , long nails and different coloured eyes .
