"What?!" Everyone asks at the same time immediately awake. "I found a way for the human to get back, now that I have that I can tweak it until we can get back." Ink says. "That's amazing." I say looking at the human.
"No.." They whisper.
"What's wrong squirt?"
"Not yet." They say.
"You don't have to go yet." Ink says. "It's still way too dangerous for you to go."
"Okay." They relaxed a bit, resting their head on my shoulder.
"Thank you for waking us up at 3 am to tell us this." Killer says
"You're welcome- wait that was sarcasm wasn't it?" Ink asks.
"No." Killer says sarcasm basically dripping off his words but Ink doesn't seem to notice. "Good Night."
Throughout the next couple of months Error somehow got me to get out of my room more often. I have no idea how, but I don't even join the others in their activities anyways, I just sit off to the side trying to finish my drawing as fast as I can so it can be done before the human leaves. It really annoys Ink but I don't really care.
"Guys." Ink says over dinner, "The human will leave tomorrow." Everybody was excited and happy.. except for me. I wasn't done yet. Who knew it'd be so hard to draw human eyes? No matter how hard I try it never looks right, after dinner is cleared up I sit at the table and start the eyes over for the millionth time while the others play Twister Truth or Dare version.
"Timer." Ink says standing next to me.
"Huh?" I ask quickly covering the picture.
"What are you doing?"
"What does it look like?" I ask.
"Give that to me." He says grabbing the paper out from under my hands. He takes one look at it, smiles at me before tearing it in half.
"Wait, Ink no!" I shout, reaching out to take it back. The sound of paper being torn apart leaves the room silent, as the two halves are torn in half again before fluttering down to the polished wood floor. "No," I say quietly reaching down to pick up the four pieces of the almost finished drawing.
"InK" Error says, their glitch back in their voice.
"W-what did you d-do?!"
"Nothing." Ink says walking back to the others.
"I spent a good four months on this." I whisper seeing if it'll look normal if I piece it back together again and tape it.
"Sans!" The human says running up next to me. "Are you okay."
"I'm fine squirt." I say smiling, ruffling their hair,
"Go back to your game,"
"B-but-"
"It's fine kid," I say. Gathering up the pieces I stand up, walking over to the garbage tossing them in. "I'll be in my room." I tell them before teleporting up to my room.
Dust POV:
Y'know I hate Timer and all -don't ask why because even I don't really know- but that was wrong for Ink to do that. Timer was just minding his own business while me and the others played Twister. We were all enjoying ourselves -which is very rare for us Sanses since we don't all get along so well.- and Ink just had to burst the bubble."What the heck?!" Dream asks Ink from behind Crosses left leg and under my right arm.
"That was n-n-not cool dude." Error says from his place off to the side spinning the wheel for Nightmares turn.
