Abandoned at birth Crimson grew up raised by wolves. When one is raised by wolves you've got to be fast, agile and able to rip apart prey from limb to limb. It's a good thing she's a werewolf or else she'd never be able to keep up.

After her parents were cursed by an evil king, a kind witch took Belleflower to live with her in a tower, and taught her to protect herself.

Orphaned at 5, all Chrystal has from her parents is her mother's ring. Adopted by a wealthy family, Chrystal is treated as a servant. At least her ring let's her talk to animals.
