Birthday, a day to celebrate you, your existence in this world, in the life of your loved once. A day of happiness and blessing for you, your family and people around you. A day that excites almost everyone no matter what their age is.

But, the multimillionaire, just turned twenty-nine, the CEO of Kim Cooperation may not agree with this, because for him his birthday from past four years has only bought sorrow and sadness in his life.

Every year from last four years, something happens that make him hate his day of birth like he had never hated anything.

Four year back on his birthday, he lost his father. He could still remember that day exactly like it was yesterday, he just returned from USA after attending a meeting with his father. His father was so happy as it was his only child's birthday and the meeting that they attended turned out in the favor of their company. The whole journey from USA to Korea he was talking about the party he was going to throw in the evening for his son's birthday. Not even for a second the smile left his father's face, not even when he was hospitalized for sudden chest pain which was later turned out to be a heart attack, not even when he was taking his last breath.

Despite being so busy, his father always made sure to find some time for him, they were the best father son duo. His father made sure to be present on his every special occasions no matter how small or big the event was,  weather it was his high school graduation day  or his college graduation day, or his football match,or his first day as the CEO of Kim Cooperation, from giving tips of dos and don't on his first date to encouraging him to get married, his father was always there looking towards him with a proud smile on his face.

And now not having him by his side in his life made him lost and broken.

Two year back on his birthday, when he was drowned in sorrow in the memories of his father, he got to know that his mother is in relationship with his father's best friend. His father was being betrayed by two of his most trusted person, his wife who he loved more than anyone in the world and his best friend who he trusted more than anything in the world.
That day his broken heart broke once again.

Last year two days before his birthday, his mother got married to his father's best friend, making the person he used to see as his father's friend, his step father and his son Kim Namjoon, who he used to consider as his only close friend despite been two year younger than him, his step-brother, thus running their friendship.

He cannot hate his mother any less for the things she did to him and his father.

Now here he was, sitting in his Mercedes, on his way to office, looking at the colorful street passing by through his window black glass, waiting for the ritual of disaster on his birth day to happen.

As his car stopped in front of the 20 story building of his company, his bodyguard who was sitting  in the passenger seat hurried to open the door of the car. Taehyung took a deep breath before coming out of his car, adjusted his tie, closed the button of his suit and stated walking towards the elevator with his bodyguard just behind him.

As he entered seventh floor of his company building, he was greeted by all the employees working on that floor including his secretary Hana, she was a sweet lady, in her early thirty's, she was his third secretary, and the only one who stayed more than three months, but it was not his fault, those two were really dumb for this job.

Hana started walking with him, telling him about today's schedule, his bodyguard little behind them. There was no mention of CEO's birthday as everyone knows how much their CEO hate his own birthday.

He and his secretary entered inside his cabin, leaving his bodyguard behind the close door. He never wanted a personal  bodyguard for himself, for god shake he was  twenty nine year old, he could protect himself very well but three month back, he was attacked by some of his rivals hired mobs while going home from his office, in which he was badly injured, but still he was okay with that as he understand the pro and con's of being  successful and rich but his uncle, his father's only brother and his only family left does not understand this, and made sure to assign a personal bodyguard for him who is around him twenty four- seven and he cannot even say no to his uncle as he was the only one who genuinely care and love him.

The CEO sat on his chair and was about to open his laptop when a lady entered his cabin without knocking, her high heels making click clack sound as she walked towards Taehyung. He looked up to see who entered his office and found the woman who make his blood boil just by her mere presence.

She was walking towards him, with his Uncle besides her.

His uncle Kim Sang Ho smiled looking at him, he just nodded his head in acknowledgment.

"What are you doing here? " Taehyung asked, getting up from his chair.

"Hana you can leave for now" The lady said looking at Taehyung's secretary.

Hana looked towards her boss, he nodded his head slightly, giving her the permission to leave, she nodded her head back and left.

"Uncle is there something office related, if not what is she doing here? tell her to leave, i don't want to see her today" Taehyung said looking at his Uncle.

"This is how you talk to your mother Taehyung? " Taehyung's mother Kim Do- Yun asked, walking towards his son.

"Just stop right there, don't come close to me, you have lost the right to be called as my mother two years back, when you chose to cheat on my father with his best friend just before your only son's birthday" Taehyung said using his hand as a gesture to stop his mother from coming closer.

"For god shake Tae, how many times do I have to tell you that I didn't cheat on your  father, it all happened after your father's death, I was heart broken and I needed someone, i__ "

Taehyung interrupted his mother in between "So out of all the people in the world, you only found your husband's friend to heal your broken heart, how tragic"  He asked raising his right eyebrows.

"No matter what I say, you will never try to understand me right son" Do- Yun said with hopeful voice towards her son, but he only shrugged.

"Okay fine, anyways I am not here to discuss all these personal matter about me, I am here to discuss you and about our company " Kim Do-Yun continued taking the seat in front of his son.

"Well for that you could have called me, there was no need of coming to my office" Taehyung said looking towards his mother, who was the chairman and also major stock holder of Kim cooperation.

His uncle who too was a part of boards of member took his seat beside Taehyung mother.

"Tae, your father always wanted you to settle down and get married before you turn thirty and since you turned twenty nine today I too wanted you to get married and by the way happy birthday son" Kim Do-Yun said the last words very softly.

"Can I ask who gave you the permission to talk and think about my father and me? " Taehyung asked crossing his arm over his chest.

"I don't need permission to talk about my ex-husband and my son from anyone did you get it, and I am not here to fight with you, just do as I say that's it" His mother said in a stern voice leaning back on the chair.

"Did you took my permission before getting married, hell did you even asked or informed and now you are coming and telling me to get married, I WILL NOT"  Taehyung said getting up from his chair, slightly raising his voice at the end of his sentence.

"Very well then, if you will not, you have to leave your CEO's position" Taehyung mother said with a expression less face.

"You cannot make me do that" Taehyung said keep both his hands on the table and glaring at his mother

"I as a chairman and 40 percent share holder of Kim Cooperation can definitely do that"

And that's the disaster he was waiting for, he cannot hate this day more.
