Chapter 7

Meeting them at a small park watching the group of boys play with a soccer ball while Draken, Mikey, Takemitchy and I sit down talking about the shit that was on Takemitchy's head. We start discussing the disagreement that Mikey and Draken had but they had already forgotten why they had been fighting. In the distance, I could see some pink hair instantly knowing it was Hina with a blondie next to her.

She walks up to Takemitchy and being my nosy ass, I eavesdropped. I'm glad I did because it was actually so cute. Takemitchy and Hina were going to the festival together although I don't know about the blondie next to her.

"Hey are you y/n?" the blondie asks as she notices me behind them.

"Huh, yeah, who are you?" She looks kind of familiar like she's related to someone but I can't put my finger on it.

"I'm Emma, Mikey talks about you a lot you know"

"EMMA" Mikey squeals from where he was standing as he continues "She's lying you know"

"Am not, he talks about you at h-" before Emma could continue Mikey appears and places his hand on her mouth he starts muttering something in her ear which made her turn a bright bred. She shut up after that. He then left with Draken to go play with the other guys.

I started a conversation with Hina as they talked about how they would be going shopping to buy clothes for the festival.

"Do you wanna come with us?" Emma asks, I never even thought about the festival since I only went with my mum and never after that. After the peer pressure, I decided I wouldn't mind going although I would be pretty lonely since Takemitchy and Hina are going to be together and Emma and Draken are going together. Emma says he doesn't get the hint and looking at that buffoon he doesn't look like he would. Hey, wait Mikey isn't going. I could just ask him.

"Hey Mikey!" I yell to get his attention since he was just bumping the ball on his head. He snaps his head my way, knocking the ball on his head the last time before rolling off. He jogs towards me asking what's up with his famous smile. Okay we can all agree his smile is just so pure and cute though.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go to the festival with me" I say, giving him my toothy grin hoping it didn't sound too weird. As I see his reaction I start thinking maybe I said something wrong. He looks at me with a shocked smile before he has a cocky smile on his face.

"Are you asking me on a date" He says as he nears my face. Oh shit, that does sound like a date. I never meant it like that, it just sounds like that. Although I wonder what dating Mikey would be like. Probably a pain in the ass.

"No, no I meant as like you know friends like a single person hanging out with like a single person" I tried to explain while being lowkey flustered since I couldn't believe that Mikey would even think I would ask him out.

He gives me a suspicious look before giving a smile and agreeing,

"Hmmm, Ok here's my number" He pulls out a pen from his pocket as he grabs my hand and pulls me closer. As he focuses on writing his number on my arm I take a close look at all his features. His blond hair that frames his face perfectly and his black eyes which sparkle from time to time. Before I knew it he was looking right back into my eyes as we both held eye- contact. He was coming closer until I pushed him off.

"I'll text you later um bye" Taking this as my chance to run off. What was that!? He was so close and for what. Little asshole I bet he does that to everyone.

Emma and Hina had texted me on the day to go shopping with them so I did agree since all I have in my closet is pants and oversized t-shirts. Not exactly the best clothes to wear to a festival. We decided to meet there, so here I am running late again. I need a motorcycle so fricking bad the problem is I know jack shit about it plus I'm gonna have to wait until my dad sends money again. If you're asking where that 20,000 went, it's called my aunt and online shopping. To be fair, online shopping is addictive.

"I'm so sorry I'm late!" As I see Emma and Hina waiting outside the shopping mall.

"No, no it's alright let's go yeah?" Emma says reassuring me it was okay as I apologised again. We were looking around many stores to find the perfect kimono, Hina had already picked out a beautiful pink one with some flower designs running along it. Emma had entered a store as we tagged along. She tried this yellow one off which complimented her beautiful hair and golden eyes. You know if Draken doesn't go out with her I will.

She bought that kimono and they were trying to help me choose since i was the only one left, from the corner of my eye i saw f/c kimono with (Any print you would like) beautifully painted over it. Hina and Emma forced me to buy it before even trying it on since it already looked great on the hanger. We all went to get food as we all had our laughs and bonded over stupid stuff. It's been a while since I've had friends, especially some friends as good as Hina and Emma.

Entering a cafe as we all laughed around until...

"Hey y/n who do you like? Is it mikey?"

Pfffffttt cough cough I start choking on my drink as the iced coffee in my mouth went flying out onto the table.

"No no heavens no"

"Well then why did you ask him to the festival?" Emma says with a questioning face.

"Well um you know like I would be alone and um I kind of owe him"

"How do you owe him?"

"I um blamed Toman for things they didn't do and yeah... you know I'll be back I need to use the bathroom" I quickly get up and take my leave. Unknown to me their conversation continued.

Hina:"How long until you think she realises"

Emma :""2 Months"

Hina:"Nah she'll take around 4"

Emma :""Wanna bet?"

Hina:"Alright loser has to buy lunch"

Emma :""Deal"

Hoping the conversation was over as I returned to the table. We finished up and walked out until some random dudes started being perverts. Again, seriously. We choose to ignore them until one grabs onto Emma. Yeah not gonna roll with me buddy sorry. I quickly punch the man in the face forcing him to let go of Emma.

"Sorry guys can you hold this" Handing them my bag with the kimono in it, "this will only take a minute". As I start having some fun by punching them in the guts and kicking them in their faces one calls a whistle. And in less than a minute about 10 other men appear in front of me.

I swallow a lump in my throat as I try to take them down one by one. Kicking the guy in front of me with my right foot and using the momentum to bounce off of him to kick the one on my left with my left foot and as I fall I punch the guy that was closest to me. Dodging hits left and right while grabbing on to some of them to throw them into each other until one grabs me from behind restricting my movements. A strong punch landed on my gut as I spit out some blood before receiving another hit again in the same spot. Before they could land their third hit a man with long black silky hair appears in front of me as he starts beating the absolute fuck out of everyone. All the attention goes to him as he doesn't struggle at all taking them down.

Sitting there just staring as he punches the last one.

"Hey, thanks, I really thought i was a goner back there"

"Nah no pro- wait you"

"...me?"

"You're the girl that threw those men in front of Toman, you're an idiot you know"

"Hey!...and who are you asshole"

"Tomans first division captain, Baji Keisuke".
