(for this one, I WILL say that all my friends did NOT completely cooperate the way I imagined them to do, so I won't be publishing the next part of this story here along with this chapter because 90% of them stayed silent and one did ask a question, but it was a question I'm not happy to answer)

Yesenia has been snapping all over the place and at everyone for the past two weeks, and some of the members went to her about it.

They argued and discussed how much she reminds them of some people from their past, and she retaliated and told them that she knew they never cared for her anyways, because all of them were self centred and that she offered them a place to stay for nothing.

So some of them left the Ringling Circela for a while.

It was until The Ringling Circela was falling apart that she decided to get the courage, pick herself up and go apologise.

It took a while, but the Ringling Circela managed to form back into their old and happy family, and to celebrate, Yesenia decided that everyone needed rest, and then it was decided that the Circela would be closed for a month.

Present Day

Yesenia ran into the hotel and threw herself into the elevator. Today's theft wasn't as successful as the last few, for she tripped and slipped because she was greedy, and took too much of her share. As she anxiously waited for the elevator to reach the top floor, she bounced on her heels, nervous that the trail she left behind her would easily expose her.

She didn't have the time to erase the shop owner's memories, for there were many witnesses at the scene. Heck, her friends weren't even there, cause Yesenia decided to head out to the 24-hour store at 1 in the morning.

The elevator let out a loud 'ding' and Yesenia calmed down.

She stepped into the hotel floor and the floorboards creaked, the stale smell of rugs and mattresses filling in.

Yesenia thought she was alone, and began to take her sweater off. She heard a loud pop, and her wings and tail were relieved from being in hiding for such a long period of time. She ran her hand through her hair, and her horns grew out of her skull, and her halo began to glow bright.

She then went into the kitchen to put the food she stole and let out a small scream.

She stared in shock and unexpectancy as Mayson leaned against the wall of her kitchen, staring back at her calmly, a rather malicious smile.

"What are you doing here," Yesenia asked, her voice deep and low. She supposed everyone in the hotel would be asleep by now, and from what she learnt about her friends is that never wake them up unless they are needed.

"I've decided," Mayson began, raising his hand and checking his nails. "To make a deal. Just between you.

"And me."

Yesenia took a step back. Not only was she taken aback by what he said, she was also afraid as she came to her senses and realised that, oh, she's just exposed her true form.

But then... Why wasn't this villainous man unsurprised about her magical appearance? He could've just seen her and went out the elevator screaming like a maniac, as if he's been traumatised painfully.

Yet, Mayson Psychedelic, heir of the Psychedelic Circus, enemy of Yesenia, is standing right before her, calm and chill as if seeing her in such a form is a normal occurrence.

"Why a deal, all of a sudden?" Yesenia asked. As much as she'd love to question Mayson's fearlessness for her, the circus and her family came first.

"I have been... inspecting you," Mayson replied, getting off the wall and brushing dust off his back. Yesenia's eye twitched in slight offence.
