For those who got confused.
Sidharth's story until Episode 3 was his fictional story as shot in the film. Whereas Sana's story was real. It went in parallel.
The actual character entry of Sidharth starts from Episode 4. The hero is Sidharth Sharma.
Sidharth Mehta is the role played by Sidharth Sharma in the movie which is written by him as an author.
All other Characters Ajay, Shobha, Sarojini, etc are the fictional or movie characters.
