C2 - Flashback

The excitement was building up and i could no longer take it. Colson told me to wait until tonight to see him for my "birthday surprise" but I'm too eager. Yes it's only 3pm right now but what's the harm in being 4 hours early? ...

I pulled into the driveway and made my way inside the infamous EST house. Everybody just stopped and stared. It was like the air had been sucked out of the room... this is weird.

Rook started to try and break the ice but by this point i was just confused.
"Hey Nicole .." whilst doing a bad job at showing wild eyes to the rest of the crew.
"Hey guys, why are you acting so weird?"

Ash tried to pull me away from the kitchen and into the living. This day is just getting weirder and weirder. But that's when i heard something upstairs. A scream? No. A moan. I tried to let go of her grip on my arm but she tried to stop me. Help me. Protect me. Protect me from whatever else was happening. What i was blind to.

I walked up the stairs trying not to think the worst whilst I ignored the mumbles and quiet protests from downstairs telling me to stay with them, that we could "have a few drinks" before my "big" surprise. I got to the door and that's when it was clear, but my mind refused against it. He wouldn't do this. He couldn't do this. I pressed my hand against the handle, when i realised i was shaking. I opened the door and that's when my whole heart broke. My life started falling apart around me. I wanted to leave, hell i wanted to run from the house and never look back but my legs wouldn't move, my body was stiff and all i could do was stare.

"Colson?"
It barely came out as a whisper but immediately our eyes were glued to each others. The eyes that gave me so much comfort. The eyes that made me fall in love with a man who I gave my whole life for.

"Nicole this is not what it looks like"

"What do you mean it's not what it looks like.. it looks like you're having sex with a girl in our bed. On MY birthday. Was this my BIG surprise? To walk in on you cheating on me with some random from the club?"

"I'm gonna leave, you have my num-" The blonde haired woman started to speak and God i was so angry.

"BYE". We both simultaneously shouted at the girl.

As she walked out, I walked in and closed the door behind me. He came running up and held me as I screamed for him to let go. I pushed and punched trying to get away from him but he wouldn't. I gave in and cried in his arms until the Los Angeles sun had finally set. And he just stroked my hair.

"I'm so sorry Nicole"
"I gave you my forever Colson"
"I know"

Second chapter. I don't know if my story will get any reads but I hope you like it. I'm going to make the chapters longer from now on but just had to get a rough start to the story :) <3333
