Here are some things you should take note of when reading this so you can get a heads up on what to expect and what to not.
1. I will mostly be writing this in 3rd person because it's easier for me. Since this book focuses mainly on 2 characters, I don't think it would be difficult to differentiate between whose thoughts and dialogues are whose.
2. Speaking of thoughts, I will be using the different fonts for the following purposes:
- Italic is for thoughts or emphasis on certain words in dialogue. (ex. I reeeeeeeeally don't think this is going to work.) (example of the latter can be seen in note number 6.)
- Bold is to enhance the expression in a person's dialogue. (ex. 'Absolutely not.' Naru said bluntly.)
3. No mature scenes. Sure, there might be a few spicy ones, but do take note that our protagonist has almost never interacted with anyone in his life and Tokoyami Towa is a devil who has just entered the overworld without any human knowledge yet. You know what I mean, right?
4. You will see a lot of short paragraphs. Personally, I don't do well with long paragraphs because seeing a bunch of dialogues smushed into one bundle seems wrong to me. The most dialogues you will see in my paragraphs are 2 I guess. You'll see what I mean.
5. For the outfits that you should imagine Towa wearing in this book, I only plan to write her in her default outfit, casual clothes for at home, and a random high school outfit that I will not go into detail to give you the freedom to imagine. (I'll specify if I do use any other outfit.)
6. My vocabulary is extremely limited, so you will see a lot of intentionally twisted sentences because it looks cool. B)
7. This book has unscheduled updates.
I'll add other notes if I ever think of more but until then, enjoy!
