"Happy birthday to you!" Lim Jimin yelled.
DY jumped. It was so quiet until Lim Jimin screamed.
"Yeah. Thanks." DY said.
"Hey. Look at this." Lim Jimin said, picking DY up.
"When did you get strong?" DY asked.
"I've been training with Yoongi. Chenle said bottoms are strong these days, and I don't want to be a bottom, so I've trained to be strong enough to be a top." Lim Jimin said.
"I've never seen someone so openly gay." DY joked.
"I'm proud of it... Anyways. Karina will be here soon. I told her where you live." Lim Jimin said.
"Don't you have classes?" DY asked.
"No. I cleared my schedule all for you." Lim Jimin said.
DY slightly smiled.
"Thanks. When will Karina be here?" DY asked.
"That's a surprise." Lim Jimin said.
Lim Jimin set DY down on the couch and showed him a movie.
"Uhuh?" DY asked slowly.
It was in a foreign language.
"What is this even saying?" DY asked.
"I don't know. This was recommended by my classmate. She said it's German." Lim Jimin said.
"Goodnight Mommy?" DY asked.
"Yeah. It's such a weird title." Lim Jimin said, laughing.
Lim Jimin pressed play on the movie.
As soon as it started, DY could feel the scariness.
"Um. Jimin?" DY asked.
"What?" Lim Jimin asked, pausing the movie.
"Is this a horror film?" DY asked.
"Yeah. Why?" Lim Jimin asked.
"I-I'm a bit scared of them now." DY confessed.
"Really? You loved them a few weeks ago." Lim Jimin said, shocked.
"I watched a few Tik Tok's about scary movies. They say sometimes ghosts will be behind you and other things like that." DY said.
"Yum, that's silly." Lim Jimin said, not believing anything like that could happen.
"Yum?" DY asked.
"Yeah. I figured I could give you a nickname. Do you not like it?" Lim Jimin asked.
"It's fine. I just, I thought you were saying it was yummy and silly." DY said.
Lim Jimin laughed.
"I didn't even realize that. Ha!" Lim Jimin said, still laughing.
"Weren't you scared of these kinds of movies?" DY asked.
"I was. Yoongi said to be a top, you need to be fearless." Lim Jimin said.
"That's false. I'm a top, I'm scared of things." DY said, almost bragging.
Lim Jimin paused for a second.
"I don't believe him either, but I want to be a good, protective boyfriend, so I guess it comes in handy." Lim Jimin said.
Lim Jimin changed the movie and went to press play.
There was a knock at the door.
"Oh! That should be Karina... and Sumin." Lim Jimin said.
