Alannah heard this and tried to process what he had said to her.
"I mean every word. If only you would give me a chance to say that when I'm awake." Tony said. He knew he was asleep. He didn't know however that he had just said that to Alannah and not a dream version of her that his mind had concocted.
"Tony I wish it was that easy." She said softly. She could feel her eyes filling with tears that she refused to let fall.
"It could be if you just trusted me and the rest of your soulmates enough to let it be that easy." Tony replied with a firm and sharp tone in his voice.
"Tony what do you want from me." She said now actually crying. She wanted to be with them but she couldn't let herself choose to be happy with them if she knew that her heart would just shatter once they left her through death.
"I want you to come and stay with us. Be happy with us. Love us the way we want to love you. That is all I ask. That is all I want. All I need is a chance that is all each of us need and deserve." He said as he landed in a park with her.
"I can't" she said softly.
"Yes you can you just won't." He growled angrily letting go of her.
"Fine I won't but you should understand I have my reasons." She said harshly holding her ground.
"Yeah cause your some high and mighty Creator? So what. Cause your scared to feel the pain of losing us? Isn't it more painful not having us in the first place even if it isn't forever?" He asked seriously as his voice raised slightly
She sighed. He had a point it was painful not having them in the first place and knowing it was her fault, but she couldn't get attached.
"Im sorry" she said softly.
"No your really not or you would do what is right and what would make everyone happy." He said as he forced himself awake.
He sat in his bed for a few seconds before he finally let himself cry. No one would hear him everyone being to fast asleep.
Alannah was forced awake as he woke up. She thought about all he had said. He had a point. She was just hurting everyone.
