"I don't know if that all is true but that's what I was told" I say holding my hands in my lap.
"who told you it?" Simon asks.
"my mom, every girl in my family was a witch, my dad thinks it's sexist but we didn't choose it"
"you know it's cool, not because you can do spells and shit because you can be the mascot and not have to put any makeup on"
"screw you" I say with a laugh. "this, this doesn't fix earlier you know-"
"go! go!" Deena yells and they all start running up the hill. Me and Simon get up and we help pull everyone in the back, we shut the doors and Kate steps on it. This time we know to hold on.
"oh my God!" I yell when I see the Camp Nightwing Killer behind the ambulance.
"well, that was a bust!" Kate says.
"yeah, maybe because it's not like the movies, okay? it's not as easy as putting bones to rest!" Deena says getting a cloth for Sam.
"it should of worked!" Simon says.
"well, it didn't clearly" I say.
"hey how do I not die?!" Kate yells.
"we! how do we not die!" Simon yells back. "and I'm looking at you witch nerd"
"I...I don't know there was a whole other body with hers also!"
"there was?" I ask.
"yeah, and it had your last name y/n care to explain?" Kate says.
"whoa what the hell you're blaming me now?!"
"why was there someone with your last name you could be causing them to come for us"
"how the fuck should I know I don't check up on my drunken weirdo ancestors! why was it, Josh? tell Kate I'm not starting a witch thing"
"why would I know if you don't even know?!" Josh asks.
"because you know everything about goddamn witches!"
"they're not coming for us!" Sam yells. "they're coming for me"
"what?" Deena asks.
"I saw her again...the witch. she...I disturbed her grave, she wants me"
"yeah. yeah, yeah. Nightwing ran right by me. I jumped out of his way, it was like he didn't even see me. he went for her."
"guys, no! Ruby attacked Simon" Deena says.
"Skull Mask came after us at home. and while you guys were babysitting"
"yeah and he went to y/n's house" Kate stops the ambulance and we shoot forward.
"no he didn't," Kate says getting in the back with us. "Skull Mask didn't care about us" She unzips Simon's sweater. "he wanted this. Sam's blood."
"yeah! from the crash when Sam puked period!" Simon says. "it's Jaws dude! a shark smelling blood Kate's right! when we found Skeletor, he was all sniffy and weird with my shirt like a perv in a pantie shop!"
"yeah, but he came to our house too!" Deena says.
"Deena.." Kate says. We look down at her shoe seeing Sam's blood also.
"okay, Simon, Deena, what about me"
"y/n your hand" Simon says holding it up and I finally remember the blood on my nails. "Sam bled on her bones, now the witch wants more of her blood!"
