"No, not at all. It's just that..." Sakura said.
"You're worried I might hurt you? Or you don't want to sleep with me as the enemy?" Itachi asked.
"N-no, it's not that either, I just..." Sakura said.
"Then, what is it?" Itachi asked.
"What is it, indeed? It was just an offer of warmth through a cold winter night. After all, I'm the medic looking after him. He needs me to see that he'll make a full recovery. So why does my heart beat so fast? Why do I feel all warm and fuzzy inside at the prospect of lying next to him? He's the enemy, and yet..." Sakura thought to herself as she started to feel uneasy about sleeping with Itachi while having mixed feelings for him.
I wonder how Sasuke will react when he finds out Sakura is sleeping with his brother, the one who killed his own clan and joined the akatsuki, the one that Sasuke had been seeking vengence on him for God knows how long?

"I-I just..." Sakura said as she tried to get more than two words out.
"Yes, even though you're my enemy and this was really just a deal to free myself and save Naruto, I...I've come to truly care for you." Sakura said as she started to cry.
"Are you sure you're not just confusing me with my brother?" Itachi asked.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Sakura asked surprisingly.
"You love him and he rejected you. Are you sure you're not just seeking solace in another Uchiha? It's normal for two people who are isolated and dependent upon each other to grow close, even develop certain feelings for each other. Those feelings disappear as soon as they part ways and the two go back to the ways things were, as if nothing happened. In addition, you were cruelly rejected by my brother, who's very similar to me in appearance. No doubt your time here with me has confused you and..." Itachi was being off by Sakura as she had enough of hearing him talk.
