This is the shit I have to wake up to every day. It's been 3 days since I met her, and don't get me wrong, she's really nice, and takes good care of my boy; but I'm tired of her.
I went to work feeling sick that day.
"He's my best friend." Not sure why, but as those words left my mouth, I felt like throwing up.
One more picture of them, and I'm going to lose my shit.
I haven't eaten in 3 days. My emotions have been all over the place.
I miss Keishin, I miss my home town.
Keishin hasn't called me, nor texted me once to see if I was alright.
I know that I'm jealous. But, I need her gone. Gone. Gone. Gone.
"Y/N, over here." Ukai waves from across the counter.
Tears in my eyes, I walked over to him.
"Woah, you alright?" He handed me a pack of MikeAndIkes.
I wasn't alright. Thoughts we're racing my mind.
"I'm going to go crazy." I sat down on top of the counter.
"Another boy? Tell me about it." I watched Ukai as he walked over to the door, flipping the "OPEN" sign, which now read "CLOSED".
"It's closing time already?" I used the sleeve of my shirt to wipe off my tears.
"Nah." He smiled at me, sitting down.
"It's not a boy.. I booked a flight back home. Keishin, I can't do this any longer. I can't do this CITY any longer. I can't do YOU any longer. "
I saw his face lose color. I could tell his heart dropped. He was confused.
Without explaining another word, I walked out of his store, leaving him hanging. Never again will I let my feelings for him mess up a whole friendship. Even worse, a relationship. I will leave him alone. He loves this girl, this girl loves him.
After all, not all stories get a happy ending. And, not all characters deserve a happy ending.
