• Chapter Seven - Mixed Feelings

Y/N POV
He can't be serious... I thought it will be like own him a dinner or something. Marriage!? This is big! Why does he want to marry me? He is the biggest CEO in Seoul, he can easily get any girl he wants. With his looks, with his talents, everything, he can get any girl in the world. So why me?

Y/N: Are you being serious?

I don't know how to feel honestly, the three words keep replaying in my head.

"Let's get married"

Does he understand how big marriage is? I am in shock right now... You are suppose to marry the love of your life and live happily together forever. Not marry someone you agreed to help with because she needed help. I am thankful for his help, but is he in the right mind to say that.

Jungkook: Yes, very serious.

Y/N: Why me...?

I looked at him confusingly.

Jungkook: Because I want to.

I looked at him even more confused. Is that suppose to explain something?

Y/N: But why?

Jungkook: Because I want to marry you.

My heart skipped a beat. Did I hear it right? This is not true... Me..? Out of everyone?

Y/N: No... You are not serious.. Why me? Out of everyone?

Jungkook POV
I realised that she seem to be a little overwhelmed with my response. It is true, she is the one I want to marry. She is who I love and I will make her fall in love with me as well.

Jungkook: Stop questioning yourself, this is my request to help you.

I looked at her, and I know she is just in shock and lots of confusion. I have a look to ensure her that I mean what I just said.

Jungkook: It's okay, you don't need to give me a response right now.

Y/N: Okay... I need some time to think... sorry Jungkook... give me some time...

I looked at her, and I know I must of gave her a bit of pressure... I am sorry Y/N... You will know all I am doing right now is because I love you and want to be with you forever.

Jungkook: Don't worry, I should take a leave now. Have a good rest Y/N.

I stood up and looked at her for a bit. She looked at me in the eyes and I signal her a goodbye. She nodded lightly and walked me to the door. I looked at her again and patted her head lightly.

Jungkook: Goodnight.

I unlocked the door and I saw someone standing. I guess it's her friend..? I gave a nod and took my leave.

Y/N POV
Everything just seems too unreal at this moment. What has just happened..? I looked at him as he was about to take his leave. He turned around again, and this time his action scared me. He patted my head and said goodnight.

His voice was so deep yet soothing to the ears. All the mixed feelings building up inside of me. What should I do...? I looked as he opened the door and saw ....

Sujeong... I guess I need to fix this problem before thinking about the previous one.

We both looked at Jungkook get in his car and took his leave. No even a few seconds later, Sujeong quickly shove me in and close the door.

Now we are in a position at the dinning table, where she is right in front of me with a glass of water on the side. That is a sign that she might talk too much that she will get dehydrated....

Sujeong: So, I need some explaining going on here. Don't I?

She asked as she raised her eyebrows, I already know what she is talking about... but I should play dumb.

Y/N: What explaining?

She looked at me with a face that clearly says, "are you kidding me?" I responded to her with a expression that I do not know what she is talking about.

Sujeong: Okay, I'll go straightforward then. Why is Jungkook doing here at our house? Why were you both alone? How long was he here for? Also why do you look shoc-

Before she could continue with her questions, I cut her off.

Y/N: I know, I know you are worried and confused. This is a lot to take in and explain, can we talk about it tomorrow? Let's go sleep?

She looked at me concerned, and I think she understands that I am not in the right moment to give all the information for what has just happened.

Sujeong: It's okay Y/N. Remember I am always here for you. Goodnight

I looked at her stand up and she came over to give me a hug. I feel so much warmth from her hug. She knows that at this moment, I needed some sort of comfort.

I went upstairs and took a wash. I look into the mirror and I feel like at this moment. I am just looking at myself, questioning what is there for him to want to marry me out of anyone....
