Shota woke up to rapid knocking on his door, he grumbled and got up. When he opened the door a woman with bright purple hair was standing there with a stroller next to her, "Sorry, was I being too loud last night?"
The woman shook her head, "Do you not remember me?"
Shota furrowed his brows, an odd question, "No, should I?"
She looked down at the stroller and took a deep sigh, "Okay, when we were sixteen we had met at a house party, we got really drunk, and we had uh, sex... and I got pregnant."
Shota stared at her, this had to be some dumb prank. Shota was gay. He has never been with a girl-
Shota's eyes went wide in realization.

Hizashi was dj-ing here, it was some girls house from another school. Shota had been dragged by Nemuri and Hizashi. After losing Oboro, he had tried to distance himself. But, the thought of free alcohol to drown his sorrows was nice. A girl came up to him when he was five shots down of tequila, so he talked to her. She had long blond hair and pretty purple eyes. Shota had found himself being offered sex. Hizashi had cheered him on, so Shota went with her.
He was taken into a room, it seemed to be the occupants room. She locked the door and began to undress. Shota closed his eyes as he felt her undo his pants. She had asked him if he was okay and he lied.
Shota gasped when he felt something engulf him. She started moving and he couldn't stop, he tried to tell her to stop. He came, embarrassment and shame flooded through him. She had told him to get out and so he did.

It felt like Shota was hit by waves and couldn't catch his breath. He had never told anyone what had happened, he forgot it happened trying to repress that trauma. They made up their own assumptions. Shota looked at her, "You were the girl with blonde hair?"
She nodded, "Yeah," She said quietly and pulled the hood of the stroller up, "I'm sorry about what had happened, I knew I should have stopped, I knew it wasn't smart to do that. But, I didn't and I'm so sorry."
"It was both of our faults, I had just lost someone close to me and I wasn't really thinking until it was too late." Shota said quietly.
She shook her head, "No, I did it and I could never forgive myself. I wanted to find you and apologize and wanted you to have a decision with the pregnancy, but it was too late and I just wanted you to meet your son, Hitoshi."
Shota watched as she pulled up the hood of the stroller. Shota couldn't deny the baby wasn't his. He looked exactly like Shota when he was a baby, the only difference being his eyes and hair. Both a brilliant purple. He was so small compared to Shota.
"I was wondering if you could take care of him for the day," Shota looked back up at her in shock, "I want you to get to know him."
Shota looked down at Hitoshi, he was nodding off considering it was probably his nap time. Shota knew it would be good for his development to know his dad, but the thought of Shota being a father was still turning in his head. The fear of being like his father had him more hesitant.
Shota sighed and stood up, "I'll take him today, let's bring him inside and I can give you my information."

Shota had given his number to her and now he sat with Hitoshi. Shota watched as the boy played quietly with a cat plushy. Shota noticed he didn't talk, which was okay but he also didn't make any noise.
"Do you want to take a nap, Hitoshi?" Shota asked him as softly as possible.
Hitoshi nodded quietly, Shota stood up and grabbed the bag. Shota grabbed Hitoshi his blanket and pillow, and placed them on Shota's sleeping bag. Shota picked Hitoshi up and tucked him in.
He watched the boy immediately curl against his cat plushy and drift off. Shota quietly watched Hitoshi, hyperaware that he created a child. Shota brushed his fingers through his hair, he was a mess and his life was shit.
Losing two of his best friends, one to death the other to his own ignorance, unknowingly getting a girl pregnant, becoming homeless and disowned due to his sexuality, living in a shitty apartment that he could finally afford, not sleeping or eating, only working.
Working was the only thing that kept him sane. He needed to be better for Hitoshi. He didn't want Hitoshi's mother to see Shota like this, it was his responsibility to be a good parent now.
Shota felt himself grow sleepy, he wanted to stay awake but his sleepiness won over.
