•Y/N's POV:• My eyes fluttered open and I pulled myself to sit up. I extended my arms and legs into a stretch following by a yawn. After the morning stretch I looked over at the time and saw that I had at least half an hour before work, I hummed pleased at the time I've worked up before my alarm. The time was currently 05:07am. My work starts at 06:30am. I threw my legs over my bed and touched the soft carpet. I stood up and saw my curtain was slightly open, I quickly closed them again then made my bed after I went to my drawer and grabbed a clean pair of clothes. And went to the bathroom.
After doing my business of washing my hair, body and teeth, I slipped into a comfy outfit:

After that I put my H/C hair into two buns on each side of my head, making sure to leave my fringe hanging out on show. I did a random pose in the mirror making myself chuckle and leave the bathroom.
My roommate Lucy left her room with a robe on, being nude under it. "How was your 'studies' with your 'study partner'?" I asked with a soft smile, using my fingers to quote Studies and study partner. She shrugged. "Alright I guess, I'm surprised you heard this time, we tried being quite for you since you looked absolutely knackered yesterday." She chuckled pouring herself some coffee as I made myself a glass of water. "Well you failed, your always loud." I sighed. "I'm surprised your not in a bad mood." Lucy snickered as I roll my eyes. "I dunno why, i think it's because I got a much better sleep last night. I felt safe in a way? I don't know, feelings that can't be described." I waved my hand and rolled my eyes playfully as she hummed. "So, when you gonna get yourself a boyfriend Hm?" Lucy asked as I shrugged and sat down on the counter. "Ooh, I don't know, maybe when someone asks me out. Or I find a crush." I sarcastically said. "Hm, I'm sure TK likes you. You two have been friends for a while now and I've seen the way they looks at you." She smiled. "TK? Pfftt, no no no, we're just friends, I don't see them as anything els." I waved as she sighed. "Girl no offence but you need to get a life, I actually wanna stay up late hearing you moaning your ass off." Lucy said. "Lucy!" I shouted, blushing. "It's true, it gets kinda lonely when I'm the only one moaning here." She puts a hand on her hip. I rolled my eyes and finished my glass of water and quickly washed it. "Well I gotta go to work before I'm late, someone's gotta keep myself and your lazy ass in this place." I said grabbed my keys and put them in my jacket as Lucy chuckled. "Alright see you later!" Lucy waves as I waved back and closed the front door.
Once I got to work I quickly threw on my apron and began to make the food the people have ordered, such as, Chips, burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, steak, beef etc...
As I flipped a burger the manager came up to me, "Y/N, I gotta ask you a favour, I'll give you the money but can you please visit the butcher and fetch some steak and ham. I have a meeting and by the time it's done the butchers will be closed." He explained, I quickly put the burger in its bun and turned towards him. "Sure I don't mind. I'll do it as soon as my shift is over." I smiled. But the manager shook his head, he gave me the money, "you can go ten minutes early. And thank you." He smiled and walked off. I stood there for a second and shook my head, I stuffed the money in my zip pocket and put the chips/fries on the plate. I went up to the front and looked at the table number of the Oder, "table... 12." I smiled and walked up to the table, there sat a mother and a son. "A burger and chips/fries?" I asked, the mother pointed at her son as I put it in front of him. "Enjoy." I said to the boy and walked off. Within minutes someone walked to the same table except this time giving the mother her food.
I went back into the kitchen and took another ticket, I then turned around and began to shout to everyone in the kitchen that wasn't doing work, "Brandon! Begin to make a medium rare Steak! Hannah! Two glasses of coke and a water both large. And Zara 3 batches of large chips/fries! And Cody start making a burger!" I shouted, and the four began to work. I quickly got a plate for the orders, a large plate for the steak and chips/fries, a medium sized plate for the burger and chips/fries, and a small bowl for the chips/fries. Hannah came up to me holding two glasses of coke with ice in them and a small water. I thanked her and grabbed a small tray and put the drink on there so it's easier to hold. I looked at the ticket order once more and saw it was table 17. I quickly walked over to see a farther, mother and a young girl. I put their drinks down and they all thanked me. I then went back to the kitchen and saw that the steak was ready. I grabbed the plate and put the steak on it, and ran to the chips/fries and plopped them on, I quickly squeezed my way through the crowd of people cooking and grabbed the medium plate and the bowl. I put a load of chips/fries in the bowl, and quickly ran back to the tray and ran all the way back to the end of the kitchen to grab a burger, and some more chips/fries. I then put the plates onto a tray and quickly threw some sweat away from my head since I was running around and it was boiling hot in here. I pushed my way through the door and went back to table 17, and placed all of the food down. They thanked me and began to eat their food.
This went on for the whole day until it was my time to leave. "Okay everyone, Kaz is in charge. I have to leave ten minutes early!" I shouted, everyone nodded and continued to work. I then turned towards Kaz and lowered my voice. "Please make sure no one burns down the kitchen." I begged she chuckled and nodded. I then made my way out of the restaurant and towards the butchers shop.
