My world was dark, well up until I opened my eyes from my lazy state. I twisted my head towards the clock and saw it was 8 in the morning. I hummed and twisted my head towards my beloved husband. Maybe I should call him YH now... nah. I sit up and rub my face, an attempt to wake me up slightly , the room was silent, birds seemed to have not wanted to sing their song this morning as well. I let my hands fall on my lap and I lazily look back over at YB. He was snoring away quietly in his sleep, a bit of drool coming out. I lifted the duvet off of me and hung my legs off the bedside. I stood up and my eyes immediately began to go dark, my head feeling light headed. I quickly sat back down as my vision began to regain itself. I stood back up but slower this time, I walked over to my closet and pulled out some clothes. I went to the bathroom and turned the tap for a hot shower. I stripped myself and hopped in, feeling the warm water drizzle down my soft skin. I closed my eyes, allowing soft tears to exit my eyes. 'It's been so hard at work lately.' I thought, picking up the shampoo and placing it in my palm. 'It's been tiring me the hell out, I've gotten a horrid cold...' I thought. 'What a lovely week.' I finished off. I washed my hair and body and turned off the tap. I grabbed my towel and quickly dried myself. I put on my clothes;

A red woollen jumper, some blue jeans, white socks and some brown boots with fur. I quickly blow dry my hair and style it. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. I exit the bathroom and go to D/N's room, I knock on slightly and enter, seeing her slightly open her eyes, "morning baby cakes." I smiled and bend over her bed to give her a morning kiss, I went to her wardrobe and pulled out her school uniform. "Now get dressed and come downstairs for breakfast. Ima make you something special since it's Friday." I kissed her cheek and walked out. I went to S/N's room and quietly entered, I walked over his crib seeing his eyes wide open sitting silently sucking on his chubby fingers, once he saw me he giggled and reached his hands up for me to pick him up, I did so and bounced him up and down slightly, "morning boo." I kissed his cheek and went to the side table, I laid him down and held my breath. Quickly taking off his diaper, cleaning him up with some baby wipes and gently put some powder on a bud, I began to pad his hips and legs, avoiding the his genitals and put the bud down, gently turning S/N to lay on his stomach. I picked the bud up again and pas his bum, I then put a new diaper on and give him his dummy (pacifier) I heard his tummy rumble as he began to gurgle, "awe, is someone hungry, let's go get you something to eat then." I blew on his tummy to take his mind off his hunger and gave him his favourite blanket and teddy. We went downstairs and I placed him in the high chair, I quickly pulled out a baby plate which had Octonauts pictured on it, and grabbed his favourite baby-food which was strawberry flavoured and placed it on the small plate, i then fill up the kettle, and put some small pancakes in the toaster. I put S/N's plate in front of him as I have him a plastic spoon, and began to feed himself. I grabbed two cups for myself and D/N, I went to the fridge got the milk and back to the cups and kettle on the counter. I pour the milk, and push it to the side, I grabbed the glass with sugar and grabbed two tea spoons and used one to place two sugars in each cup. I put the glass back and grabbed one single tea bag and placed it in my own cup. I then grabbed the coffee glass and used the other spoon to put one tea spoon of sugar into D/N's cup. As I was waiting for the kettle to finish boiling and began to put everything away. Once it clicked I grabbed the kettle and filled up the two cups, mine was tea and D/N's was white coffee. I placed the cups on the table and grabbed a plate, I placed D/N's finished pancakes on the plate and grabbed a bar of chocolate, I broke it down and placed it aside. I grabbed some yummy powder and sprinkled it over her pancakes, some syrup and the finally I put the strawberry at the top, I grab the two broken pieces of the chocolate bar and place it next to the strawberry on each side. I heard tiny footsteps come down the stairs, I turned and saw D/N sitting at the table and taking a small sip of her coffee. I placed her breakfast down and she began to dig in. "Alexa, play Gem Radio." I said, as the Alexa did as I asked. Everyone sat in silent as Joe and Sparky announced they news, I helped S/N while listening to them. Once he was finished I cleaned him and his plate up before setting him down in the living room and putting BBC on. I walked back to the kitchen and grabbed D/N's pack lunch. "Hunny you might need to eat School dinners for a few days after tomorrow, mommy's work schedule is becoming more tighter than usual." I said, as I made her sandwich's. "What?! Why! I hate school dinner!" D/N complained, "D/N I just don't have time anymore. And you might like it, you've never tried it before." I said, "yeah but they look disgusting." D/N faked a gag. "Oi, remember what I said about judging things before trying them out." I said pointing a spoon at her, she rolled her eyes, "don't roll your eyes with me young lady. Do as your told." I said sternly and finished packing up her lunch and carefully placed them in her bag. "You having school dinners and that's it, end of discussion. You don't have much of a say. Plus it'll probably be only for a week." I said calmly, patting her head. She finished her food and I picked it up and put it in the sink for me to clean later. "Now go brush your teeth." I said as she ran back upstairs. I sighed and lazily walked to the living room, seeing S/N trying to dance with one of the characters, I chuckled and grabbed the baby carrier and placed S/N in it, I strapped the carrier on me and then I turned off the TV. D/N came rushing to the living room. I grabbed the spray and brush and wet her hair, I carefully grabbed her hair and began brushing it. After putting it in a nice bun which thankfully didn't hurt whenever she moves her head she grabbed her bags and I grabbed the house keys and we both left. D/N held my hand as we walked. "So you asked Liv out yet?" I asked, D/N shook her head, "not yet. I mean I don't know why but it's so hard to ask her." She shivered. "It's the thought of rejection. Don't let that get in the way. Take your time hunny." I smiled, we made it t her school as we passed the gates and towards where she should be. "Alright you cheeky bugger, behave yourself today, I don't want any phone calls saying you've broken another chair from your jealousy." I said sternly pinching her cheek, "you'll get a woopin' in you do." I said, I kissed her forehead as she ran off waving bye. "Okay! Bye mum! Love you!!!" She shouted, "love you too! Have a good day." I said back and turned around making my way back home. "You doing alright back there S/N?" I asked as I heard him making a small toot. "I'm taking that as a yes." I smiled. Thankfully I had yet another 10 minutes before work started. By the day after tomorrow, I'll have to go straight to work after dropping D/N off. I'll have to wake YB up early as well so he can look after S/N while I'm gone...
