Mess Hall

I got done changing and i walked over to Tommy's cabin honestly a little bit scared but i felt bad because i couldn't stop thinking about the nastiest thoughts when thinking about him. this feels wrong but oh well i will distract myself by thinking about unicorns or something

Tommy: oh hey y/n give me a minute i need to change
y/n: okay

I turn around and think about how Nick tripped over a leaf earlier and i start laughing

Tommy: okay i'm changed
y/n: okay what do you want to do
Tommy: we can just talk
y/n: okay

We both sit on the bed awkwardly because honestly neither of us have any idea what to even talk about right now, we have been hanging out so much that there isn't a lot to say that we haven't already talked about

Tommy: so do you like camp anymore then you did when you came?
y/n: it's only slightly better, do you want to hang out with Nick and Ziggy?
Tommy; yeah sure

We walk over to Ziggy's cabin and ask her and Nick to hang out and they agree and walk back to Tommy's cabin with us

Nick: this kid tripped me today-
y/n: you tripped over a leaf
Nick: IT WAS A BRANCH
y/n; NONONO I SAW IT WAS A LEAF.
Ziggy: that's sad
Nick: and NOT TRUE
y/n: IT IS TRUE

We start getting into a joking fight because Nick has always been nice to me and we have been friends for a while and THATS IT. i like Tommy and he likes Ziggy, nothing romantic in the slightest but i look over and Tommy looks visibly uncomfortable and kinda jealous but trying not to show it

y/n: so what do you guys wanna do (i move over right next to Tommy so now our bodies are pressed together while we sit to signal that i don't like Nick without actually saying anything)
Ziggy: can we go eat?
Tommy: the mess halls closed
Nick: we have the keys
Tommy: can we take the campers ice cream
y/n: what about the poor kids...

They all look at me with confusion because they know i don't really care about all the other campers too much

y/n: nvm fuck them kids, let's go

We all walk over to the mess hall and Nick opens the door and we all quickly run inside towards the freezer

Tommy: so which one, vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate
Ziggy: strawberry
y/n: strawberry
Nick: strawberry
Tommy: well it looks like we all want strawberry... some kids are allergic anyways, they won't miss it

We all sit at a table and get spoons and just eat out of the big ass carton thingy

Tommy: so how long have you guys been dating
(Nick and Ziggy look at each other like what no you are so incorrect 😒)
Nick: we aren't dating
y/n: but you want to date
Nick: shut up y/n
y/n: aw i'm sorry, did i hurt your feelings🥺
Nick: i hate you
Ziggy: we are just friends
Nick: so how long have you guys been dating
(me and Tommy but start choking on ice cream and coughing out of literal shock they would even ask that)
y/n: nononono we are NOT dating
Tommy: yeah we're just friends
Nick: that's a lie
Ziggy: (whispers something to Nick that me and Tommy didn't hear)
Nick: ohhhh so it's a one sided
Tommy: wait what
y/n: you guys are dumbasses, it's not one sided lol and it's not a thing at all... who knows maybe me and Ziggy are in love
Nick: ew are you a homo (NICK IS BI)
y/n: SHUT THE FUCK UP

We all start laughing and having a good time while we are running around the mess hall throwing stuff at each other and it feels perfectly normal and fun for the next hour

Tommy: you guys wanna stay in my cabin or..
Nick: me and Ziggy were gonna go to mine
y/n: hm interesting
Ziggy: shut up you're going to Tommy's
y/n: to sleep, not to have sex
Ziggy: WE ARE NOT HAVING SEX
Nick: only me and Tommy (he puts up his hand and Tommy puts up his so now they are holding hands)
y/n: interesting 🤨
Tommy: well we will see you guys tomorrow
Ziggy: goodnight love birds
y/n: SHUT UPPP
Tommy: wow they like torturing you, and what was that stuff about it's one sided
y/n: i don't even know (yes i do tf)
