the couple stood outside a huge house. stella's luggage in her hands and caleb's hand in the other.
"this is your dad's house?" caleb asked, "its the address he gave me" she replied ringing the door bell.
shortly after the door opened and their stood her dad.
she wrapped him in a hug, "hi daddio" they beamed. "hi sweetheart, you must be caleb" their dad spoke sticking out his hand and looking the the tall dirty blonde boy.
"yes sir, hello im caleb, nice to meet you mr.fields" caleb stuttered a bit. he was anxious, an anxious mess.
"well come on in, come meet matthew" silas spoke.
caleb grabbed stella's luggage and brought it inside.
matthew walked down the huge stair case. "oh hello, im matthew" he spoke sticking his hand out at stella.
"hello matthew im stella" they spoke shaking his hand. "this is my boyfriend, caleb".
caleb's heart skipped a beat, he was theirs. their boyfriend and he smile slightly, "hello sir, im caleb" he shook the mans hand.
"its so good to meet you both finally" matthew smiled as they walked into the kitchen.
"so, we have big news" silas spoke, "okay whats up?" stella asked slightly squeezing caleb's hand.
"we are actually engaged" , stellas jaw dropped.
"i- im so happy for you guys" she spoke hugging both of them.
"thanks sweetheart" their dad spoke kissing the top of her head. "congratulations" caleb beamed to the two men.
"come here!" silas spoke wrapping the tall boy in a hug.
caleb beamed hugging the man back.
silas had showed the couple to stella's new room. it was huge and had nice wood floors and an open window that looked over the valley.
they had their own bathroom and a huge walk in closet.
a king size bed and her stream set up perfectly set up in its own little corner of the room.
stella had never expected this.
"thank you so much dad" she smiled hugging him again, "caleb your welcome to stay as long as you please" he smiled at the tall boy.
"thank you mr.fields" he spoke, "oh please, call me silas".
silas had left the room and the couple looked at each other in awe.
"holy shit stel" caleb smiled hugging her and picking her up. she jumped into his arms and kissed him deeply.

the couple walked down the property to have a small picnic date.
taking some homemade sandwiches and chips along with some grape soda. they walked down hand in hand enjoying each other's company.
the silence was comfortable, everything felt perfect and at ease.
caleb laid out a light colored blanket with cute embroidered flowers on it.
stella sat down and they started eating, caleb opened his phone and clicked on his playlist.
*juliet by cavetown* started playing and stella beamed before pulling the boy into a kiss.
"i have something to tell you stella" caleb whispered, their foreheads still touching. "whats going on" they muttered.
"i-" he stopped for a moment to fidget with his fingers.
"i love you" caleb spoke softly.
stella was shocked, looking up at him and kissing his again, "i love you too" she muttered.
