Backstory:
Sage was left on the doorstep of an orphanage when she was only a few days old, with only a letter with her name on it and taking good care of her. She was only there for a few weeks before Mike and Vanessa came along looking to adopt since the chances of them having their own biological child were slim. They took in Sage. A few months later, Vanessa discovered that she was pregnant. They then had Bloom. Her parents told her from a young age that she was adopted. As the years went by, even though the two sisters got along like a house on fire, Sage felt she had to prove herself to her parents. She was the perfect daughter that all parents wished to have, she was social, danced, was on the cheerleading team, only to please her mother, and she made sure always to do whatever her parents told her to do. She took martial arts, and studied combat and weaponry. Of course, no one other than Bloom knew of this fact.
