"Wow, your house looks beautiful!" Ash said with amazement.

Goh didn't expect someone who lives in a luxurious mansion to be so amazed by his home, so he just looked at Ash's happy face, his eyes were wide open spectating the world around him, for him so unique and new. In fact, for Goh it was a special place too, it was his home.

"Yeah, the bakery has its charm." Goh said after all, wondering if it wasn't weird that he responded so late.

As they were coming towards Goh's bedroom, Goh suggested that he would bring some snacks from the kitchen, he knows that Ash loves food, and he literally lives in a bakery, so he thought it would make Ash really happy.

"I'll only take something to eat from the kitchen, you can wait in my bedroom, it's the first door on the left."

"Can I go with you?" Ash said in unnaturally high voice with overly excited look in his eyes.

"Ehm, sure."

"YAYY!" Ash screamed in excitement. Goh never understood how he gets so happy over the smallest things, but he found it kinda cute at the same time.

They walked downstairs and opened the kitchen door, they could immediately tell they were in kitchen by the smell of freshly baked bread.

"Wow, this is so..." Ash stopped in the middle of the sentence as he wasn't able to find the right words. "...so awesome." He finished the sentence.

Goh looked into Ash's happy eyes with a surprised, but amazed expression, and they stared into each other's eyes for a few seconds. Goh looked away when Ash continued speaking.

"You know, they never let me go to the kitchen in my house. I once sneaked in, but it was all so white and plain and just boring, this is just so different...chaotic and warm and just welcoming..."

"Yeah, I guess our homes are very different... Um, so what would you like? We should have some apple pie."

"...Eh, oh yeah, yea, yea, sure." Ash nervously laughed, but slight guilt could be seen in his face too, he was a little embarrassed that he wasn't paying attention to what was Goh saying.

Goh sliced the apple pie, and put two pieces on a plate he took out of the cupboard. He washed two spoons in the sink, as there weren't any clean spoons right now. He wanted to go upstairs, to his bedroom, and eat the pie there, but the confused look in Ash's eyes stopped him.

"Are you coming Ash?"

"Um, yeah..." Ash did that nervous laugh again and Goh started being concerned.

When Ash noticed Goh's face, he grabbed the plate with the apple pie from his hand and ran upstairs. Goh was confused and didn't know what to think of this, so he just slowly walked upstairs too. But Ash wasn't in Goh's room, he was awkwardly standing in the hall. It wasn't hard to figure out that Ash had no clue which door leads to Goh's room, so Goh just opened to right door and walked with Ash behind him.

"Hey Ash, are you alright? You look kinda nervous since we went to the kitchen..." He asked Ash when they sat on his bed. Ash didn't even say anything about the room, Goh kind of expected him to be super enthusiastic, judging by how the kitchen amazed him. Or at least Goh thought his room was more interesting than the kitchen.
