"Yes, I told her, I decided that Ellie was old enough and she was able to handle the truth. Also since Ellie knows, she can help us out a bit more, oh and also next year she is legally allowed to get a job. She could work at a retail shop near our farm or at McDonalds's or KFC or-"

I stopped mum from jabbering on

"Ok thats enough mum" I giggled "But I thought since you told me about the problem we don't have to move anymore?"

"Sorry sweetie, we are still moving" Dad chiped in

Hmm typical Dad, he hasen't said anything to me all night and when he does its about moving.

Dad left the room, but mum stayed with me.

I started crying. I usually don't cry, but moving is making me so sad.

"Mum I really don't want to go! I have the most kind and caring friends in the whole world! What am I going to tell them on Friday? And then I'm going to have such a hard time fitting in, when I move to my next school and I will be so far away from civilisation. I am just about to finish year 7, and moving into year 8 is so hard because everyone has already established their friendship groups! Also I love my house and where we live. I really wish we didn't have to move!!!" I sobbed

"Honey, this is all a part of growing up. You will experince things you don't want. You just have to accept change. The first few days in Kempsy will be hard I know, but after that you will fit in straight away and make new friends. Its all about how you deal with change." Mum said sympathetically

"Thanks mum, you always know what to say! I love you very much"
"I love you too. You better get some sleep now and if you feel like it you might want to go to school tomorrow, but its up to you."

"Thanks mum, I think I will go to school tomorrow."

"Goodnight mum."
"Goodnight Ellie."
