Chapter 8~ Crushing!

-Elsa-

Woop! I got a date! But gotta play it cool. "So, when?" I looked at Jack. "I'll call you when." Jack smiled and quickly got me in the shade.

"Something wrong?" I eyed him. He does know I'm wearing sunscreen right?

-Jack-

Is she even wearing sunscreen? I don't think so. Right?

"Uh, you're a vamp that's why." I leaned against the tree. "Oh, but I'm wearing sunscreen." Elsa giggled.

I looked at her like, 'Oooohh.."

"Want some ice cream?" I pointed to a cart, wheeling nearby. "Sure, a chocolate please." Elsa smiled. "I'm not getting it for you. Come with me." I lent my arm out.

"Fine, such a gentleman." Elsa scoffed and intertwined my arm with hers. We walked to the cart and saw two young ladies.

I looked at their name tags. Tinkerbell and Periwinkle. "Hiya! Such a summer day!" Tinkerbell huffed. "Hi, can we get some bars?" I pointed to some of the ice cream.

"And what flavor?" Tinkerbell winked at her sister. "Chocolate and Vanilla." I got my wallet out when Elsa stopped me. "Look." Elsa whispered.

I looked at the two girls. Peri pulled out two cones, and two liquids. One chocolate and one vanilla. With just one touch, the liquid turned into a smooth paste.

Ice cream.

"There you two go!" Peri handed us the ice cream cones. "Whoa.." I looked at the cones in awe. "Here, keep the change." Elsa handed them a ten dollar bill.

"Thanks." Tinkerbell winked at us. The two girls left but before they did, I saw small wings on their backs. "What was that all about?" I asked Elsa, licking my ice cream.

"They're fairies, Jack. This whole city is pretty much magical." Elsa smiled and bit into her ice cream sandwich.

"Anyone else you haven't told me?" I looked at Elsa who was splashing the water. "Sorta? But now's not the time." Elsa smiled at the water.

"Whatcha smiling at?" I kneeled down next to her. "Memories." Elsa mumbled. "Okay, let's go to the mall." I linked arms with Elsa who just stood up.

"So, Hic.." I started out. Hope this doesn't turn awkward all of the sudden. "Yeah?" He asked with a quick glance at me. "Who do you like?" I smirked.

"Whoa there." Hic almost dropped his ice cream. "Remember, Im a vamp. You better tell me." I hissed at him. Normally, Im a nice person but I really want to know who Hiccup likes!

I mean, my friend Mer told me she has the feels for him, but she's afraid he doesn't like her back which is totally normal. "Promise not to tell?" Hic looked serious all of the sudden.

"Promise, for a thousand years." I smiled and held up my pinky. "It's Merida."
