Quirkless Villain

Chapter 1

This is a world filled with wondrous abilities called quirks, and only 20% of the population of Japan is classified as Quirkless, meaning they don't have any abilities and are usually really old and can remember when quirks were still a rare phenomenon. In reality only 2% of the population is ever born quirkless anymore, and our merry little protagonist is about to learn the cruelty of the world very early.

We start our story in a doctors office with a four year old child with curly green and black hair, shaking with excitement to learn what quirk he will have so he can become a hero. Every childs dream really, some of those children hold that dream to adulthood and make a living off it, be it from the government or merchandise. Now back to Young Izuku. Izuku is shaking in his seat, his kind mother Inko telling him "sit still" with a warm smile, knowing he can't since he is too excited.

The quirk doctor eventually came back into the office with a grim look on his face. The doctor sitting back in his seat deciding to tell them the bad news bluntly looks at the child and his mother. The doctor then spoke the words that marked the beginning of Izuku's misfortune. "It's never going to happen. Your son will never develop a quirk."
Izuku freezing in place still processing the news while his mother asks "are you sure?" Concerned for her baby boy.
The doctor letting out a sigh while pulling up Izuku's foot x-ray saying "Everyone that is born quirkless are missing this joint" pointing to a joint in Izuku s pinky toe then saying "Since he has the joint that means he is highly unlikely to every awaken a quirk. Im sorry but like I said before its never going to happen."
Later in Izuku and Inkos house, Izuku is sitting in front of the monitor watching an old All Might video, his favorite, while crying. Inko walking in to see if he was doing ok after hearing the news sees a crying child pointing to the screen asking her with tears still in his eyes "Do you think I can be a hero?". Inko didn't answer only falling to her knees and hugging Izuku and joining in the tear fest and saying "Im sorry Izuku."

After that day Izuku started studying everything related to quirks and tech. Izuku even looked up theories on the origins of quirks, and what the deciding factor in the human DNA decides what will awaken the quirk and support Items schematics learning how to make everything himself. Izuku never really gave up on his dream of becoming a hero after that day, but began researching ways to get one, even making his own on ways to awaken one. It has been 10 years since that day and Izuku has been researching and the exercising everyday looking forward to the day when he can become a hero, whether or not his research succeeds or not.
It would usually be safe to say that Izuku would be the top of his class... if the teachers didn't lower his grade to remind the boy that he is just a quirkless loser that shouldn't even try, but Izuku perceivers with a smile, just trying harder thinking to himself "keep smiling like my hero all Might no matter what life throws at me, and when life knocks me down just get back up and keep smiling.". Izuku was in his last year of junior high, and in ten months he would be applying to go to U.A. High school, the best hero school in the nation and this year they finally got rid of the requirement that required every student to have a quirk.
The teacher finally entered the classroom bringing Izuku out of his thoughts.
The teacher walked to the front of the class waving a stack of papers saying "All right quiet down, What I have here is a test you all will be taking to see what you will be doing in the future..." the teacher then threw the papers into the air before exclaiming to the class "But we all know you all want to be Heroes!"
Just then the entire class began to use there quirks, except Izuku and his old childhood friend Bakugo Katsuki. Who almost immediately started bullying Izuku upon finding out he was quirkless when they were four.
The teacher trying to reign in his class said "all right settle down, remember its still against the law to use your quirks in public without a license."
Bakugo then said after the class quieted down "don't lump me in with these extras, because I am the real deal while these losers would be lucky to make it as some busted d-listers sidekick."
This angering the class, began telling him to stop being so full of himself. Which Bakugo responded with by saying "oh yeah, bring it, I'll beat all your asses!"
The teacher then coughing into his hand then saying "If I remember right you are applying to U.A. High school, and you have a good shot since you aced all the mock exams."
The class began to murmur talking about how low the acceptance rate is and how Bakugo had a good shot at making it in.
Bakugo then said "Yeah and Im going to be the only one from this school to make it in..."
Before Bakugo could finish the teacher saw Midoriya also is applying and with a devilish grin said "Oh Midoriya arn't you also applying to U.A." Know exactly how the other students would react while thinking "Maybe that brat will finally drop out of my class, why did I have to get the one quirkless brat in the entire district in my class."
After hearing what the teacher said the class began to laugh at Izuku. With a angry Bakugo walking up to His desk slamming and explosion onto his desk scaring Izuku out of his seat saying "You better not Apply or else I am going to kill you."
This wasn't the first time Bakugo has threatened his life, or used his quirk on him or near him. The quirk explosions, the user is Bakugo Katsuki, or my old friend kacchan as I call him, to remind myself that he once was a good person. His quirk is a combination of his parents quirks oxidizing sweat and glycerin which became nitroglycerin that Bakugo constantly sweats out and can ignite in his palms to make a explosion.
The teacher then told Bakugo go back to his seat before he could be held responsible for anything he would do to Midoriya.
At the end of the day Izuku was writing notes on a chemical formula that could potentially awaken latent quirks in a quirkless individual when Bakugo and his lackeys walked up and snatched Izuku's notebook.
Bakugo began thumbing threw the notebook seeing schematics, chemical formulas and notes on quirks then looked at the cover saying "Hero's guide #20" Bakugo then scowled blowing up the notebook in his palm and throwing it out the window before putting his hand on Izuku's shoulder while using his quirk to scorch it saying "Listen here Deku, give up, you just a useless quirkless deku who will never become a hero, and you better drop any idea of going to U.A. Because every story about great heroes shows signs of them being incredibly early in there life and career so when I am the only person that makes it to U.A. Then I will show that I will be the new Number ONE hero!"
Bakugo began walking out of the class before stopping in the doorframe saying "If your really so desperate for a quirk, then there is a way you could get one. Take a swan dive off the roof and pray that you'll get a quirk in your next life."
Bakugo was about to leave out the door when Izuku spoke up, saying "You messed up the quote."
Bakugo turning around pissed yelling "What do you have to say nerd!?"
Izuku not even flinching anymore said "You were quoting the speech from All Might, but you messed it up."
Bakugo getting a bit more pissed walked back in the room grabbing Izuku by the collar saying "Oh yeah wise ass what did I mess up!?"
Izuku looking Bakugo dead in the eyes spoke "The whole quote is 'There are stories about every hero, about how they became great. Most have one thing in common there bodies moved before they had a chance to think. Almost on there own.' You butchered the first half and warped it to your sick ego." Izuku finally deciding to speak against his friend. No! He lost that title years ago, he shouldn't be a hero either if he can so casually tell someone to kill themselves.
Bakugo about to explode Izuku yelling "Oi what was that you nerd!"
Izuku taking a deep breathe looked Bakugo in the eyes and said "I said you warped a quote about heroes rushing in without a second thought to save lives, to match with your twisted ego!" Izuku shouted knocking Bakugo's hand away deciding to get everything off his chest.
Bakugo backing up a bit surprised the meek little Deku was standing up to him.
"This has been a long time coming, Bakugo." Hearing his name sent shivers down Bakugo's spine since Deku always called Kacchan since they were four.
Izuku continued "You claim you are going to be a great hero then act like it, because I have had enough of sitting by watching someone with an amazing quirk run around acting like a villain saying he is a hero. Its an insult to actual Heroes. Through all the time we have k own each other not once have you help someone, talked to someone when they were upset, or even protected anyone! You have been attacking me since we were kids, you have been the cause of most sad nights crying myself to sleep wondering what I did to make you hate me so much, and instead of helping you just hindered all the progress I have been trying to make to be on level playing field with the rest of the world. So go ahead hit me you already have you arm swung back, Just show me how much of a 'hero' you are by beating up a defenseless quirkless deku!"
Bakugo looking over to see he did already have his arm up to swing without even realizing puts his arm down saying "Shut up you shitty deku, who cares what a worthless deku thinks."
Bakugo then left with his two lackeys waiting by the door.
