Raiden was back to being listless, school was pretty much the same  apart from the fact he wasn't doing his favourite thing anymore.

He decided to take up therapy and try to have a more open mindset, it was only for a year after all.

The boy decided to pull up his big boy pants and go check on the team, maybe even became a manager or something.

He remembered his therapist say it was better if he didn't avoid volleyball too much but at the same time find different priorities in his life, but he felt guilty going back since he avoided everyone for like a month or so.

Taking a deep breath he opened the door only to be greeted by a really tight bear hug from the boys. They pounced on the shorty and tackled his body like he was the last thing on earth.

"Bro, don't leave us again what the heck!" yelled Tanaka as his bald head rubbed against Raidens face.

Raiden did however notice his best friend sitting on the bench watching the encounter and guilt washed over him, it was his fault and denying that would make him an ass by far. He swallowed a hard one as his slow and calculated steps walked to his friend taking in a deep breath waiting for him to scream.

But instead he was hugged softly and all he could do was awkwardly look at him trying not to cry. (snowflake)

"Please stop leaving me."

His heart clenched as he felt his breath hitch, leaving him? Never has he ever left Kageyama at least that's what he thinks?

___

Raiden had taken up photography and had been taking pictures of the boys and posted it to a new account to fund their trips and everything and the people loved them. They gained a crazy amount of followers which high key made the boys so happy.

The coach had been liking all the tips Raiden had been giving him on improving the team.

Everything was going well until sweet Kageyama was going crazy. He decided to talk to Raiden instead of hiding everything.

"Hey! Raiden let's walk home together?" he said.

His lazy friend just nodded as the two walked together, things were peaceful and lovely as the cherry bloosoms blew through the air. One thing Raiden was feeling was absolutely tired. This new life he had created in the past three months wasn't that bad for once he felt sort of normal and had something to brag about instead of just volleyball. It was nice.

"Rai, I need to tell you something important."

Raiden stiffened when Kageyama got serious all of a sudden, he wasn't up to hearing what his friend had to say, what if they wanted to cut ties, what if he found out things were harder for him.

" I think I love you. Like love you?" he said.
