Sasusaku: The Industry

Chapter 5

Sakura pov:

"Go ahead and say ahh for me" a nurse said as she examined sarada and me and sasuke sat to the side.

Last night as she slept she kept stirring and was even sweating bullets she was having nightmares and the only thing i could so was hug her and whisper to her that i was right next to her and she was okay, she eventually calmed down and slept again, her little hand found mine and squeezed it and I didn't mind.

"Ahh" Sarada said.

Her lips and throat were still of a purplish color.

"Well it seems you're responding good to the medicine, but there's still a bit of swelling so we'll keep you here one more night" the nurse said.

"But i want to go home with my mama and papa" Sarada said.

"I know sweetheart but its to make sure you're 100% healthy" the nurse said.

"It'll be okay Sarada your papa and i are staying with you" i said as she turned to me giving a weak smile.

"We'll bring you some soup dear"the nurse said as i smiled at her.

"Where is my sara bear?" Mikoto's voice sounded as she came into the room with,fugaku,itachi,izumi,and Tizumi.

"Grandma koko" Sarada said reaching out to hug her.

"Oh my sweet child, im so happy you're okay, we were so scared yesterday my love" she said

Mikoto laid in the bed hugging Sarada and comforting her as itachi and izumi came and talked with sasuke and myself.

"Are you two okay?" Izumi asked.

"Um yeah, I'm just a little tired i stayed up all night watching over her" i said.

"Which i told her we could switch but she insisted" sasuke added as i rolled my eyes.

"Why don't you get some sleep sakura, we'll all be here for her" itachi said as i shook my head.

"I want to sleep but I can't not as long as she's in that hospital bed, plus they've been trying to feed her since she woke up, but she's refusing food" i said.

"Do you think it's because she had that allergic reaction?"

"I don't know, she doesn't open her mouth, even when i tried to feed her something, they said something about bringing her out some soup but I doubt she'll eat it"

"Knock knock" a soft voice sounded and it was hinata walking in with boruto, i smiled at the pair as boruto waved over to us before walking over to sarada.

Tizumi stared confused at the little boy who walked over talking to his cousin but they soon greeted and began talking as well.

"Teme! Im here !" We heard the voice of naruto down the hall running towards the room.

My eyes widened and looked at hinata who's faced drained in all color as naruto came into the hospital room with balloons and teddy bears covering his face.

"Sorry im late y'know i had to get away from shion, and she of course found a way of arguing with me, how is little Sarada, i hope she feels better" he said at a fast speed.

"N-naruto" hinata said as all the balloons and bears in naruto's hand fell and left his face shown as his eyes widened.

"H-hinata w-what are you doing here?" He said stammering

Me and all the others watched the exchange between the two, as their gazed never left one another.

"I-im here for s-sarada" hinata said as her stutter was coming back.
