I walked into class with my bestfriend Riley as we talked about some stuff. We sat down as we heard the bell ring signaling class was starting. Like always Mrs. Brookes talked about how the Civil War began, making sure to go off topic every now and then. As I was taking notes I could feel someone starring at me. I turned my head a little to the side and there he was starring right at me was my one and only crush Christian Collins. I turned my head back wondering why'd he be starring at me, there's nothing special about me. 10 minutes had past by and before I knew it the bell rang. I got up putting my stuff in my bag and about to walk out when I felt a hand lightly grab my shoulder making me stop and turn around. There, here I am face to face with him.
"Hi I'm Christian - Christian Collins but you can call me Chris." Christi- I mean Chris said smiling.
"H-Hi I'm Skyler Perez." I said smiling back at him. ( just pretend you're name is Skyler haha )
"Well Skyler its nice to meet you, I was um.. I was wondering if you'd maybe want to study with me later today?"
" I'd love to study with you."
" Great then its a study date."
"Yeah..yeah I guess it is."
After pur conversation we exchanged numbers and went our separate ways till after school. I still could not believe I was gonna have a study date later today with Chris Collins.
After school Chris insisted we'd study at his house since I didn't have a car yet and after he can just drop me at my house. We walked to his front door and into his house. We went upstairs and into his room. I sat down at the edge of his bed putting my stuff down as well. Looking around I could tell he loved music.
" So when should we start?" Chris asked
" Whenever you're ready." I said smiling up at him.
He sat down next to me and we began studying. After about 1 hour of studying we decided to give our brains a break.
" Thanks for coming over to study with me Sky." Chris said looking at me.
" Your welcome Chris."
" You wanna know the real reason I asked you to study with me?"
" Yeah." I said now looking at him.
" Well I um.. really like you but hadn't had the guts to tell you so I'd thought maybe asking you to study with me would help me tell you."
" Did it?" I asked smiling,
" Yes it did, Skyler will you be my girlfriend." He said looking at me a not nervous.
" I'd love to be you're girlfriend Chris." With that he held me by my waist, he leaned in and kissed me as I wrapped my arms around his neck. Our lips moving in sync, slowly I could feel myself smiling in between the kiss.
