  "No, no thanks..." Leah said to an old scraggly guy who was trying to hand her a bag of what appeared to be drugs. "I don't really... do that stuff..." she stated, pushing her hands out in order to push it away. She adjusted her baggy denim jacket and walked in the bar. She heard the faint sound of the jukebox and went over to the bar and sat next to Annora.
 
  "Excuse me, can I please have two beers?" Annora said, ignoring the fact that her bestie was complaining about the amount of people.

  "I told you, I'm not getting drunk!" Leah firmly stated, raising her voice.

  "Ugh fine, you wimp." Annora said while watching her friend give her 'the eye'.

  "Umm... fine." Leah finally gave in and grabbed the drink off the bar.

  Leah had the Guns N' Roses poster, but not many people knew who they were. Leah had only heard them once, and that was about 6 months ago when the neighbor down the street showed her a video he had snuck at one of their smaller gigs. She had found the poster in a small music store that the same guy had dragged her into to pick up guitar strings. She thought it was cool and figured 'why not'.

  "Next up, the famous GUNS N ROSES!" The pair heard as the lady on stage walked up to the front. Annora's face lit up with excitement as she say the handsome redhead walk on stage. The rest of them darted up with their hands in the air welcoming the loud cheer of the crowd. Axl yelled, inviting the people to listen to their music and then started their first song. Welcome to the Jungle.

  "Nows our chance!" Annora said, grabbing Leah's wrist and yanking her towards the room with the name "Guns n Roses" plastered to the front.

  "Wait, we're sneaking in?? Finally! Something interesting happening 'round here!" Leah yelled, putting her hands towards the heavens and looking up. Annora dragged her back.

  The band was about to enter. All the girls could hear was yelling in a few different voices.
  "We sounded great guys!!"
  "Whatever you say, I popped another string."
  "You did what??? Now I have to buy more!"
  "Hey don't look at me"
  "Stop fighting!"
  "I will beat you into next week if you don't shut up you fucker"
  "Ax, chill man!"

  The guys walked out to see the girls hiding behind the door. They hadn't seemed to notice, or really care. Annora just stared at Axl in awe.

  The tallest of the group, with blonde teased hair, was walking towards the door. He opened it slightly, only to see the two girls standing next to him.

  "Umm... hello." He said, slowly raising the corners of his mouth into a smile. "Would you like to come in?" He spoke, his voice sounded kind, but still pretty tough.

  "Yes, please, thank you!" Annora said, continuing to drag Leah behind her. Leah had no fear, she just wasn't a people person. Especially with the band that she loved so much. She liked it better when it was just her and Annora. The tall man escorted them in the room and introduced them to the guys.

  "That's Axl. I'm sure you know him, everybody does." He said, pointing at the strawberry man.

  "Then there's me, Duff, that's Izzy, there's Slash, and that's—" Duff was cut off.

  "And I'm Steven!!" He said, with a giant smile on his face.

  "Well nice to meet all of you, but we really should get going..." Leah looked at Annora and then at the door.

  "NO!!! I mean, why don't you stay a little, I mean, we just met you..." Duff said nervously.

  "Umm, ok I guess, if you really want us here."  Leah said, adjusting her jacket once again. That was one of her habits. She hated being around guys. She was really pretty, and almost every guy she had met tried to pull something on her. She hated the thought of it.

  Leah looked over and saw Duff scribbling something down on a piece of paper. She wanted to know what it was, but she didn't think much of it. Axl looked over at her and winked. Leah gave him a disapproving look and motioned her hand across her neck to signal that she wasn't interested. He looked down at his feet.

  "You guys sounded really good tonight! The songs were so well put together." Leah said, trying to break the silence.

  Duff, Izzy, and Axl just sat there and smiled. Slash said "Thanks!" And Steven, was being, well, Steven.

  "Aww thanks!! Do you play any instruments?" Steven said with his giant grin.

  "Umm, yea, I play drums." Before she could say anything else, he jumped up, his hair bounced, and he said "That's what I do!"
