Chapter 6

Regina soon arrives at work dressed in a black suit with a red blouse, as she walked through the doors of her company she walks to the elevator. As she approached her floor the doors open and she is greated by her sister.

"We got everything all cleaned up and started preparation on the new collection with what we could put back together anyway" she says as Regina smiled walking to her office with Zelena "thank you for all your help in getting more security put in at the entry way to make sure we don't have another break in" Regina says.

Cora then walks in and puts some paperwork on Reginas desk "this is some of the collection we where able to put back together" she says as Regina looks through the shredded papers seeing they had tried taping them back together as a few tears rolled down her cheeks being pregnant didn't help either her hormones were crazy and with all that was going on so it wasent a suprise for her to cry.

Cora comes around her desk and rubs her back gently "honey it will all work on don't you worry we are all gonna get this all figured out just try to relax" she says wanting to calm her daughter.

Regina wipes her eyes as she gets herself together as she nodded "thank you I've been working on a few new outfits as well I should have a good amout of them done by next week then we can get the collection finished before the show next month" she says.

As Regina spoke she looks up seeing Gold walk down towards her office "who let him in here" Regina says angerly as she stood up as Gold walked straight into her office "so I see that my little threat apparently didn't stop you, don't think your gonna win that easy" Gold says. "You have no place to be here Gold I don't care if I win or not but just like you I deserve a chance to show what I've created im artist just as you, your lucky your not in prison for what you did" Regina says.

"Ever since your company was built you've been destroying mine its not fair I was first my company my clothes you have no right to flaunt you stupid line when I deserve the win" Gold says angerly stepping closer to Regina the desk being the only thing between them

"You have no place coming in here and threatening my daughter she's better then you get over it maybe make your stuff better it's not her fault she was put in the position as your competitor she works just as hard and now even harder since you destroyed her work" Cora says anger boiling inside her.

Gold turns and looks at Cora "im not letting any of you get away with this" he says pulling out a gun from his back pocket "I will do anything to get what I want its been years since I've won and my company is going under because of it you don't deserve to be on top I do" Gold says angerly

"Please put the gun down if you kill me you will lose everything you will go to jail and never see another Runway again" Regina says in a bit of a panic as she backs away as she hears him click the gun she flinches Cora moving to stand in front of her, her hand moving to Reginas stomach.

"Dont you dare" Cora says

Regina looks out through the glass doors to her office seeing a bunch of workers of Gold's holding her employees down. Regina gasps softly as she hears the gun go off pushing her mother out the way she had already lost her father she wasent about to lose her mother to as she feels a sharp pain in her shoulder gasping softly.

"REGINA!!" Cora yells rushing over to her. Gold smirks angerly "looks like I will be winning this year" Gold says " like hell you are, don't think your getting away with this" Regina says feeling blood flow down her arm.

Cora calls 911 seeing Gold and the other men rushing out of the building the police catching Gold outside as an ambulance arrives for Regina.

Gold is taken into custody for attempted murder but was released upon entry by an unknown man who was working along side him.

Regina was taken into the hospital and the bullet was removed and her wound was bandage up luckily not bad enough that she needed any surgery she and the baby would be fine. Robin comes running in once he is allowed frantic "how could he do this to you and he got released already" Robin says as Regina takes his hand in her's "we are fine and I promise he won't take anymore action I asked my mother to hire some personal body guards for you and I as well a better security system and guards for the doors he is not coming anywhere near the company or our home" Regina says

Robin kissed her head as she leaned against him gently tears rolling down her cheeks "Im thinking maybe you shouldn't do the show it got you hurt it's not safe Regina" Robin says, "I'm not letting him get away with this and I put so much time and money into this collection it's for our baby girl I....I can't just let it go to waste. This is one of the biggest shows of the year I can't lose that because of him we will have guards and protection as we always do" Regina says.
Robin sighs softly and kisses her lips "if he tries anything so help me I will kill him" Robin says.

Regina leans her head into his chest gently as he held her his other hand resting on her bump feeling his daughter's little kicks. "Im gonna work from home the next few weeks to get the sketches done well the team finishes up what we already had started I have my Vogue shoot next week and I'm seven months tomorrow we are getting close and after the show I think maybe we should take a little trip before our little one arrives" Regina says as Robin smiled kissing her lips "that sounds wonderful baby" Robin says as he held her gently in the hospital bed as Regina closed her eyes and fell asleep against his chest Robin placing a kiss on her head.
