Chapter 1: Hello...
Dear reader,
I see you have stumbled upon this book of mine. I must be kind of famous now, huh? But then again, why would someone dead like me be famous. Oops! Did I just say I'm dead? Well, I am and if you're wondering, I'm writing this from the afterlife. I am in fact a murdered victim. Surprised? No, you shouldn't be. Anyone of you reading this shouldn't be surprised and if, out of curiosity, you would like to continue, I won't stop you. We can even play a little game of detective if you like. You know? Like 'Cause of Death' except you know how I died. By murder but that's basically the only thing you know. So for the next fourteen pages of my diary, I will tell the story of how I got murdered, not directly but in the forms of clues. This is after all a homicide case and you are my detective. So before we continue, I would like to wish you luck. May the odds be ever in your favor...
